I've been using supplements for a long time, and I've been ordering them online for quite a while too. I recently had an experience with Natural Healthy Concepts that was not great. I ordered 8 bottles of a probiotic that my family and I take every day. We take two pills each, so a single bottle only lasts about a week. Since this product needs to be refrigerated, I have to pay for express shipping to make sure it arrives quickly. Even with an ice pack, the company recommends the fastest possible shipping. To save on shipping costs and packaging waste, I ordered 8 bottles at once. This should have lasted us about 2 months.

However, the next day I received an email saying that they would only ship 6 bottles. They claimed that this was due to restrictions on the resale of the product. I was charged for 8 bottles, but now I have to wait and see if I get refunded for the other 2. I have no faith that they will get this right.

To make matters worse, 25% of the cost of the order was in shipping. This made it not worth it for me to order from them again. I can get the same product for cheaper at Whole Foods.

I was also frustrated that there was no messaging about these restrictions when I was browsing the site or placing my order. If they knew they wouldn't send me 8 bottles, why did they let me order that many in the first place? It seems ridiculous to me.

Overall, I would not recommend Natural Healthy Concepts. There are many other better sellers out there.
