I received a card in the mail with my name and my business name that I didn't not request. I would like to be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY from all contact with this resource.

I received a letter with a pre approval up too $300,000 that I didn't ask information on at all. Please remove my address from your listing . Don't ever send me anything again. Thank you

So I tell them to NOT contact me via phone, so they send crap in the mail.. I have gotten to the point of crossing through my address and writing "return to sender" on the envelope.. but.. I shouldnt have to! I told em to stop contacting me, but they continue... doesnt this violate the donot cal laws?

I received an unsolicited actual credit card with both my name and business name for $300,000 that can be active ares with a simple call ! Anyone could have taken this from my mailbox! I did not ask for this, and want nothing to do with it! I want my coffee tact to be removed completely and not be contacted at all! Ever.

We received a "pre- approved" letter in the mail today. The problem with this is that the person's name on the mail AND the card that came with is is for someone we never heard of. What if someone had actually got this and tried to go through the motions of activating this? Why are you mailing out junk like this in the first place? Not sure how you are A+ rated with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

A complete scam and won't renegotiate term lengths of payments. My loan was supposed to be monthly and its weekly, I had 25% interest hidden added on to the loan, I asked to renegotiate terms and they said no. Im working with a lawyer at the moment to negotiate on my behalf or my business goes under. Their hidden fees and please read the fine print or ask to see loan terms. Make them show you! Run far away from this scam of a lender.

I received a letter in mail, that included what appears to be a credit card with my name and business name on it. This letters states that I been prequalified for up to $300,000. The issue that I have with this is that I never contacted this company inquiring about being prequalified for any type of financing. Also, I don't appreciate them sending a credit card in the mail with my name and business information on it. Anyone could have gotten into my mail, saw this offer and applied for it, and I would have not found out until it was too late. They need to do better with protecting individuals information.

Received an unsolicited credit offer on August 10 via US mail. The letter includes a card with my business name on it and states I am pre-qualified for up to $300,00. I did not ask for this. This could have easily been stolen from my mailbox and someone created an account in my business name. All you have to do is dial a number to activate the account. I want my information removed from their data base and do not want to receive any further offers from them.

National Funding - We received an offer for a prequalified loan up to $300,000, addressed to name, and then our LLC. There is no option to opt out on the one page offer. I did not contact them seeing this letter is unlawful. Also, there is no opt out listed on their website. I'm appalled that advertisement that can be easily stolen is delivered publicly and without solicitation on our part. Resolution by the ComplaintsBoard.com is to have this company stop any and all contact with our company.

Ignite uses predatory and extremely dangerous practices that put people at risk.I NEVER applied for any business loan with them and yet they sent me already 2 business credit cards, one for $500K and the other one for $300K, that anyone could have easily stolen of my mailbox and started using themselves. Again I NEVER applied for any loans with them and never heard of them.They don't disclose any of their terms either. Plain criminal. I demand to be immediately removed from ALL of their marketing and mailing lists.

Contacting them just leads to being dropped off the phone. Each call, they hung after stating "let me see what I can do." Also, there is no opt out listed on their website. Our company received a credit line/loan offer from NationalFunding.com that: "[Company Name] is prequalified for up to $300,000". It was addressed to a person, ("Addressee"), who is unknown to our company. Of course we are concerned that this may be a case of business identity theft, so I called NationalFunding.com at *** to inform them of the issue and asked that they return my call. I expressed that this is either an attempt at identity theft, or an incorrect direct mail database listing and needed to talk to them. I have not heard from them.

I have received two cards from National Funding stating that I prequalify for up to 300 grand in work capital. I just started my business and I did not request any information for funding from this company for my business. The paper has my name and business all over it with no option for me to opt out, meaning if anyone steals my mail they can just activate it this card and then I will be responsible for it. This is predatory at this point and I can never get someone on the phone to help me. I would like to be removed from this mailing list IMMEDIATELY or my next step will be a legal one.

I received an unsolicited card (with my business name) appearing to be a real credit card. The number on the card matches date activation number for the account. There are NO clearly stated terms of loans, only terms for applying. I am deeply concerned, that this letter seems to be easily used by anyone to activate and my business name is on the card already. No where on the one page offer does it offer an opt out. On their website there is no opt out offer. It is horrifying that if someone opened my mail box before I was home and took this offer, they could call as me and attempt this loan. Also, This type of mail is very confusing to my elderly parents, who from time to time pick up my mail.

Sends out pre-approved credit cards that anyone can activate! Received a credit card in the postal mail with my name and my companies LLC on the card. I did not request this nor do I want to receive this. I have called and emailed this company numerous times to be removed from their postal mailing list, and they have said that they would remove me, but they lied! Anyone could have received this postal mailing and called and activated this card and then I would be the one held responsible for this. Just look at their ComplaintsBoard.com and TrustPilot reviews - mostly BAD. How does this company have a A+ rating here on the ComplaintsBoard.com?!? They need to remove my name and my business from these fraudulent and dangerous postal mailings immediately and never contact me again or else I will seek legal counsel and *** for harassment and privacy shield violations.

NF wont give a loan modification after they added on 16000$ Interest as soon as we signed on the line that was not told to us in the conversations with NF. So after they issued the loan they started taken payments every week until they exhausted that. Then when we call for a payout we found out theres no way to see it or have knowledge about it. Unless someone emails you which takes awhile. So we requested a loan modification, they wont give us one unless we provide a bank account number. Threatening emails are now started to come in. This is like dealing with a loan shark. High rates thats never told to the customers. Its a scam because you cant even see your payment schedule. They email you a spreadsheet. Fraudulent company,we have given them everything we had. So now were struggling to stay afloat. We just wanted a loan modification that we can handle and pay. All communication we handled in emails.

Back in October our company was looking for some funding. Our package got passed around by some brokers at the time and one of the companies that our file was passed to filed a complaint against the companies financial information stating we had filed fraudulent documents. We chose not to do funding in October due to we did not care for any of the opportunities for us.We again have looked for funding this year and learned of this *** against us for the fraudulent documents. The company that this is reported to that most funding companies use is called Data Merch. They are unable to work with us and can only remove this comment from our credit report if instructed to do so by the company that reported it in the first place. The company that reported the false documents is National Funding in ***. They would not allow me to show that no false documents were ever provided to clear this from our record.

NATIONAL FUNDING LLC ***: ComplaintsBoard.com: Our office is filing this complaint because of the advertisement for business finance from a company called,NATIONAL FUNDING LLC located in ***. *** LLC never requested any information from this company. It is very dangerous to send via the mail which is a violation of the Postal Inspectors to send pre approved business loans for up to $300,000 and more. ***, LLC wants no association with this company and is not responsible for any loans offered, presented disbursed etc via said mailings. ***, LLC requests of this company to be removed from there mailing lists immediately with a confirmation no further mail will be delivered to ***, LLC immediately. if not removed legal action will be taken to be removed. Reputable business banks do not send pre approved $300,000 cards via the mail and say call now etc...

Greetings, I have a recurring problem/issue with 'National Funding'. They repeatedly send me 'Congratulations on Your Account' letters with a plastic credit card facsimile with the message 'Call the number above to activate your account'. I understand that this may not be a 'real' credit card, but in addition to that message, the card also has the full name of my business, which is just unnecessary information particularly should this 'card' end *** in an unintended location. I phoned in to request the cessation of these mailings to my address. They insisted that they needed the number on the card in order to remove me from the list. I then replied I'd prefer not to provide that number (as, that is the way the card is activated) and that they obviously had my full company name and address; why couldn't they use that information to search ? The phone attendant - *** proceeded to hang-up on me. I called back again. This time 'she' lifted the receiver and set it back down; i.e., hung-up on *again*. To me, they have all the information they need to effect my request, and to cancel this repeated activity. Every time I receive one of these 'offers' I have to take the time to cut it up into pieces to dispose of it. YES, I understand that without 'someone' activating the card it is potentially useless, but I'd prefer that my business not even be tied to this sort of open-ended offer, i.e., my full business name & address and a bogus account number.Regards
