National Amaerica Risk Services review: Trailer insurance

I had a 3 Trailers Stolen, NARS Claim # EVCEIIC23090076 (3 Trailers)
I am accepting evaluations on 2 Trailers but STRONGLY DISAGREE with the following Evaluation:
The Trailer I am NOT being Treated Respectfully, on with the TRUE UP TO DATE VALUE is below.
This Trailer was stolen in Laredo Texas, in June or so...:
1997 Utility Refrigeration Trailer with a 2016 Thermo King Unit with 13,000 hours... National American Risk Services

National American Risk Services Refuses to Pay me for what the 1997Utility Refrigeration Trailer with Newer 2016 Frig Unit is worth. (I sent Receipts Clarifying it is as 2016 Thermo King Frig Uni is on that TRAILER, per the Adjusters request, done by the Truck Repair people). NARS Adjuster refuses to accept this because he says Receipts are 2nd hand... evenb though he requested them from Me?
He wants to give me $12,000.00 for a Refrig Trailer with Unit that will cost a minimum today of $33,500.00, just for the Trailer & Frig Unit.

Can someone help me here!
