So, I went to Nastahja's Hair Bar and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with the service. They charged me for some products that I never even got, and now they won't even answer my emails. Like, what's up with that? I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but come on, at least own up to it and try to make it right.

The actual salon itself was pretty nice though. I liked the vibe and the decor. The stylists seemed friendly enough, but I didn't really get a chance to chat with them since I was too busy trying to figure out what was going on with my missing products.
