I ordered a few items and loved the material of every piece but one sweater. I send it back and kept the rest. After the first time washing one of the sweaters was a bit torn up in the back. I texted the support immediately and they answerd with in an hour! I got an extra retour lable and was even able to get the discount from the last order transfered to my next order. Great Support! Ich habe kürzlich mehrere Kleider bei NA-KD bestellt und war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkaufserlebnis. Ich erhielt eine Benachrichtigung, dass meine Bestellung versandt wurde und nach ein paar Tagen kam die Ware auch an. Allerdings gab es ein kleines Problem mit meiner ersten Bestellung, da sie nicht angekommen war und das Geld bereits abgebucht wurde. Ich war besorgt und habe die Sendungsverfolgung überprüft, aber das Paket war nach zwei Wochen immer noch unterwegs, was sehr ungewöhnlich war.

Ich beschloss, den Kundenservice von NA-KD zu kontaktieren und war sehr beeindruckt von ihrer schnellen Reaktion. Sie klärten das Problem schnell und effizient und ich erhielt mein Geld zurück. Ich war sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe und ihren hervorragenden Kundenservice.

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Einkauf bei NA-KD sehr zufrieden und werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihnen einkaufen. Ihre Kleidung ist von hoher Qualität und ihre Preise sind sehr vernünftig. Ich würde NA-KD jedem empfehlen, der nach stilvoller und erschwinglicher Kleidung sucht.

Ik wil graag mijn ervaring delen over NA-KD fashion. Ik heb op 4 februari 2020 een aankoop gedaan voor een bedrag van 50,35 euro. Echter, tot mijn verbazing is er 220,56 euro afgeschreven van mijn rekening. Dit is maar liefst 170,21 euro meer dan ik zou moeten betalen. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen met NA-KD via e-mail en telefoon, maar helaas kreeg ik te horen dat ze niets voor mij konden betekenen. Ondanks dat ik kan aantonen dat er teveel geld is afgeschreven, lijkt het erop dat NA-KD niet bereid is om mij te helpen.

Het is belachelijk dat een groot bedrijf als NA-KD de klant zo in de steek laat. Ik heb ook contact opgenomen met PayPal en mijn bank, maar zij verwijzen mij weer door naar NA-KD. Het is duidelijk dat de verantwoordelijkheid bij NA-KD zou moeten liggen.

Ik wil iedereen waarschuwen om hier NOOIT iets te kopen. De kwaliteit van de producten is erg slecht en goedkoop, wat de reden was dat ik het terugstuurde. Daarnaast is de klantenservice echt vreselijk. Ik ben nog nooit zo slecht behandeld en gefrustreerd geweest. Het lijkt erop dat NA-KD geen enkele interesse heeft in het oplossen van problemen van hun klanten.

Kortom, ik raad iedereen aan om ver weg te blijven van NA-KD fashion. Het is een verspilling van tijd en geld. Er zijn genoeg andere winkels die betere kwaliteit en klantenservice bieden.

They need to figure out a way to make it easier for their customers, because this is just ridiculous.

So, I tried NA-KD for the first time and I was pretty happy with the purchase as I got a pair of perfect sized pants, which usually a difficult task. But there was one thing that made me puzzled, the jacket I ordered was not made out of good quality stuff. It was cheap polyester, and the pockets' seams started coming out as soon as I wore it for the first time. Although the seams didn’t completely come out, still it’s something to consider in terms of quality. In the second instance, I bought a pair of ribbed leggings. They were supposed to be sz 34/X, but when I tried them on, it turned out that they were huge. I could easily cut them down to size S-M. That's why I requested a return immediately.

Well, the struggle started here; I was waiting for more than 6 weeks for them to send me a shipping label. I got passed down to 6-7 different customer service representatives just to get a free return label, which was quite annoying. Overall, the brand has some pretty nice styles in its collection. However, I am not satisfied with the level of consistency with their sizing and the quality is also questionable.

It would have been a fantastic experience if the jacket had been made of higher-quality material and the leggings were of proper size as mentioned. The customer service representatives should be more attentive and prompt when it comes to addressing the queries. The overall experience was good, not that bad. Soooooo I was searching for some new outfits for the cooler months, and I stumbled on to Na-kd's website. Let me tell ya, they have some sweet gear! I was kinda worried that I might have to cough up extra cash when my stuff arrived cuz of customs fees, but turns out I didn't have to! #Winning! The package arrived today, and I gotta say, some of the sweaters might not be the most comfy coz they're made of acrylic, which isn't as snuggly, ya know? BUT! Everything fit true to size and looked just like the pics on the website. The best part? Shipping was hella fast and on time! I didn't have to wait weeks to get my threads like with some other online shops. Also, their customer service peeps were on it! Like, they responded to me in only an hour or two, which is way quicker than I expected. I think I found my new favorite site to shop on, even though they said some items might not be as high quality as I want. But hey, for the price, I'm still happy. I'd say you should take a look at Na-kd's site if you're trying to upgrade your wardrobe for sure!

I made a purchase from NA-KD in June for my school reunion. I ordered a white dress, and anxiously awaited its arrival. When the package came, I tore it open and eagerly pulled out the dress, only to be disappointed. The dress was nothing like the white one I had ordered- it looked like it was worn and subsequently washed with colorful clothing. As you could imagine, I was extremely upset.

I then attempted to reach NA-KD's customer service, but to my dismay, there was no direct interaction that I could have with any representative. Instead, I was forced to send an email and wait for a response. On top of that, the response wasn't even prompt; I had to wait a whole day to even get a legitimate reply. Then, DHL had to send me a courier, and I had to make several copies of labels and receipts to send the item back. After, I waited for further instruction from NA-KD, sending consistent emails to check the status of my return.

It has been over a month since June 9th, and to this day, July 18th, I am still awaiting a positive response regarding my refund. The run around I have received in regards to them "reviewing" my return is unbearable. I am fed up and decided I will never shop with NA-KD again. This experience has been enough to last me a lifetime.

So I bought some clothes from NA-KD based on the killer pics on their website. Out of the five items I snagged, only two were actually what I ordered. The other three were all jacked up. Wrong sizes and the wrong colors too. Talk about a buzzkill.

The fittin was off, and I knew something was wrong when I wore those new tops and it felt like I was wearin somethin from Pretty Little Thing. Ain't nothin wrong with PLT, but I was expectin better from NA-KD. I don't know what was goin on with the sizes they sent me, but I ordered an 8 for the trousers thinkin it would be fine since I usually wear a 6 around my waist, but it felt like I was wearin a size 4.

Ladies, don't waste your time or money on NA-KD. Terrible quality and sizin issues. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.
