My Time Rewards Money taken from my account without my knowledge

I do not recall creating an account or signing up to any membership with this organisation - I'm a student so I don't have any interest in leisure or travel. £15 has been taken out of my account and this is the first time it has happened. I want my money back because I have never even used the services nor was I aware of them (via email because if you guys have my bank details, you would have contacted me by email at some point).

Desired outcome: My money back (£15) and to cancel any account that I have here

My Time Rewards Unauthorised direct debit

I have come to realise that I've been paying £10 a month for something I have no idea what it's for. Having googled my time rewards I can see it's something you have to sign up for. I have tried putting in my email address to see if I have an account (I have no recollection having signed up, but I tried anyway) and it says my email address is not recognised. So I haven't signed up knowingly. I would like to know how or why this has happened? And how I would go about getting my money back?

Unethical behavior
I was shopping on line last year and purchased from Studio. I paid everything off but did take a one off discount. I have found now that I have been paying £15 per month since July 2020 to My Time Rewards I knew nothing about this company and certainly did not know that I have ever signed up for a service from this company or agreed to pay £15 a month for whatever they offer. I have been in touch with my bank Santander and have now having realized this payment has been going out cancelled this payment.

I have now found out that although my bank details state My Time Rewards the account is actually with complete savings a/c number [protected]

I am extremely unhappy about how this payment has come about as it is certainly not transparent to customers and seems an extremely underhand way of extracting money from unexpecting customers of other companies.

I would like to request that I receive a full refund as I feel greatly aggrieved to having my hard earned money taken from my account for a service I have never used and have never wanted to use.

My Time Rewards Membership charges

I have cancelled the Time rewards membership on 27-Jul-2021 via email. But they still charge £15 from my bank on 26-Aug-2021. I sent so many emails to contact them but no one get back to me (receive automatically generated email only). I would like to have the refund £15 which already out of my account on 26-Aug-2021.

My Time Rewards My Time Rewards Multiple Charges

I have recently scent that many charges of £15 have been taken from my account. I have no recollection of ever siging up for anything - if I did, It certainly wasn't made clear clear I would be charged a monthly fee for basically nothing and zero benefits! Please can all these fraudulent charges be refunded as soon as possible. My membership number is shown in the attached file.
It was not made clear that a charge would be made, this is not fair and it appears that even if it was, no real service has been provided and to make matters worse, I have noticed that you have taken £15 out twice a month. Thus is fraud and possibly theft.
If this matter is not resolved I shall be contacting the police and other relevant authorities.

My Time Rewards unauthorised payment

Hello, 2 payments of £15 each were taken out of my current account by My Time Rewards and Complete Savings during 16th April2021- I had not signed up to this service and had not given them my bank details. I certainly did not give them permission to withdraw money from my account. I only noticed these transactions as I checked my bank balance this morning and found £30.00 withdrawn. I need my money back please as its unauthorised payment taken from my account. wait for reply then I will send my further details

I had £15 in my bank account to last me the month and I have just seen that £15 has been taken by you.
I have contacted the bank but I want this resolved now!

My Time Rewards I dont know i was subscribe to a charged membership!

I dont know when did i subscribe to their membersehip!
I've been charged £15 for three months! I wish I noticed it earlier !
I checked their website, I can't find any membership charge on it.
They didn't send you any bill or invoice. They charged you quietly.
I didn't use they website, I didn't use their services.
It's ridiculous! I'm so angry right now!

From all indications, unauthorized membership appears to be standard practice with "My time reward".
I have had £15 deducted from my account for 3 consecutive months. Unfortunately, I could not remember when I registered to be a member. A call to the customer service could not trace my membership.
I still want to assume that it was an error, in which case I expect a full refund of all the deductions made from my account.
Guess my time has a huge responsibility to protect its image and invariably business.
I am very dissatisfied with their membership recruitment methodology.

Hi,

I've noticed a payment reoccurring going out of my account on a fortnightly basis I don't recognise or signed up to, I contacted the bank, and they informed my this company (MyTimeRewards) was well known for this problem and they blocked further payments and suggested I contact you for reimbursement of the payments that have gone out of my account

I don't even know what this is and I want my £15 back in my bank by the end of the day or the police will be informed for fraud and this will be stopped and this money was for my sons milk and bacause of you now my son has to go without. I will be getting in touch with the police if these payments are not back in my bank today. I will get you shut down by the end of today

My Time Rewards Unauthorised payments taken out of my account

Hello, four payments of £15 each were taken out of my current account by My Time Rewards and Complete Savings during December -January this year. I had not signed up to this service and had not given them my bank details. I certainly did not give them permission to withdraw money from my account. I only noticed these transactions as I checked my bank balance this morning and have contacted the company to cancel my membership, but the £60.00 withdrawn since December is still outstanding.

Desired outcome: Refund of the money owed to me (£60.00)

My Time Rewards Unauthorized charges

I have just found out I was charged monthly for a year to this service. I dont even know what this service does. I used my canadian Visa once when I got to London at the beginning of this year and then was in London and had not used my visa since I go on to my account information to find I have been charged for a service I didnt sign up for as well as don't know what it does. I want this to end and to be refunded the money that was taken from me without my awareness or understanding.

My Time Rewards I want my money back!!

This company has been charging me £15 from February 2020. I didn't signing any contracts. I want my money back. This is a very serious thing, no one has given you permission to STEAL £195 from my bank account. I want to be refunded!.

My Time Rewards Credit card

I don't know how, but My TimeRewards it's taking me £15 twice a month from my bank account, I don't even know how I have an account on this My Time Rewards (that I don't even know what is), I haven't create this account and I don't have any ideia of how they have access to my account! All the transactions attached to this, was made without my consent.

My Time Rewards Money being taken from my account

I can't believe this so called rewards company lthey are nothing less than common thieves I got a email stating they were going to refund £60 that they unlawfully took from my bank account and I should expect this funds to be back into MY bank account within 3-5 working days this was bloody 3 weeks ago I continue to phone them every day and I will continue to do so until I get my money back that you stole. The next step iam going to take is iam going to find out were your little grubby office is and you can try to [censored] me in person you have definitely stole from the wrong person I will get my money one way or another 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My Time Rewards Taking my money

Dear Sir / Madam,

This company has been charging me £15 every month since 26 October 2018 until now. I can't remember signing any contracts. After a google search on My Time Rewards it seems many people are confused as to why they take money from their accounts also.
A few people have mentioned it is related to a purchase from National Express.
Normally I am careful with these things and I believe the hundreds of people who have given them 1 star on Trust Pilot tend to be careful not to fall for such things/scams.
Maybe there is something you can do in this case.

My Time Rewards Fraudulently taking 30 pounds per month

They together with complete save have being fraudulently taking 30 pounds per month from my bank account without my permission when asked for details they said I signed up buying train tickets in the UK from train line I dont even live in the UK I live in Dubai and have not purchased any tickets in the uk how did the get my bank details surely this I a consumer protection fraud how can I escalate this problem. My Time Rewards NX rewards

Today I realised that I have been charged £15. When I searched for it I for something I have never subscribed. They have been charging me for 6 months! If you search through the internet you'll see that I am not the only one. They ask you if you want a cashback next time when you buy a bus ticket and that's it! No one says you'll be charged £15 every month If you tick the box!

My Time Rewards Papa Johns cashback scheme

17th Dec 2019 Pop-up appears when leaving completing transaction on Papa Johns website for a loyalty cashback scheme. Then £15 started being debited from my account using my card details every month by WLY*MYTIMEREWARDS
I reported this to my bank and they agreed this was fraudulent activity as debit card details are given on a one-time-only usage. Bank returned my money with ease. Thanks COOP Bank !
