My Senior Health Plan is an underrated service. The last three years of my life have been hard for me. I am 65 years old now and could have never navigated the complex healthcare confusion at this time in my life. I recommend this invaluable service to anyone who never planned to get old. In a world where the vast majority of brokers treat the Medicare Supplement as no more than a sideline, it is a breath of fresh air to have an agency like My Senior Health Plan. Any broker will sell you a Medicare supplement but it's the service after the sale that is what really counts. Seniors need badly need to be advised continually about Medicare.

I moved to MySeniorHealthPlan.com from another Medicare Advantage plan when I moved and have been surprised and very pleased with the original informational search and the helpful agent. The welcome calls were so nice! And calls to check if I received my ID cards? Wow! This is great customer service. Thank you and I look forward to a pleasant and helpful relationship.

My experience was great and so glad I clicked on the My Senior Health Plan.com link even though I hesitated. The agent I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He reviewed many health plans for me to determine which one(s) would best suit my needs. Without his help I never would have been able to sift through all the different plans myself. I am very happy so far with the plan he helped me to choose.

My Senior Health Plan has helped me for years with both Medigap and Part D coverage. They are very easy to work with and to find in person each year. They are also helpful over the phone. They have moved to La Jolla and I have not been to that location yet, but that is a great part of town to have to go visit, as its view is as good as the one they had downtown. Or it should be, being on Prospect. A nice address for Santa's Little Elves!

My husband and I were very impressed with the time the representative from My Senior Health Plan.com took to completely explain the plans to us. He was very patient with our questions and we felt very good about the interaction with him. We needed time to think about changing health care plans and he was very supportive of that. When we were ready to change he walked us through the whole process and we felt very good when everything was done and in place. We are very confident that this was a good decision for us.

My Senior Health Plan Takes Care of Business! I have been working with these professionals for quite awhile. You call, they make an appointment, and then they walk you through everything easily. This year all the signatures were online, and the whole process took no time at all. If you call early in the enrollment, you will have your new ID card way before the end of December, and you will be ready to go with no worries at all. I highly recommend this group. They do an amazing job. Excellent service!

My Senior Health helped me when I first started on their website obtaining a supplemental health plan. They sent me the needed paper partially filled out to ease my part, I just finished the rest that was easily marked for me. If I had concerns along the way, My Senior Health was there to help me. I have touched base with them from time to time since then and again great service was always there. I receive a yearly letter in case I wish to make changes. This year I got a phone call telling me of a better plan that would also save me money monthly. Once again the paperwork arrived partially filled out to save me time. I'm very pleased with all the services I have received from My Senior Health.

Sadly my experience with My Senior Health Plan.com couldn't have been worse. Follow through is non-existent or at a snail's pace. If you are looking for valuable recommendations, help facilitate your application or problem solve the process along the way, look elsewhere. These people on the front line, while well-intentioned, are not capable. My medical records were stalled due to a clerical mistake made by the records department of a leading hospital. I can only imagine how common this might be. Instead of identifying and solving the problem, it became a circular nightmare for months. They also neglected to offer an open enrollment option that would have ensured coverage from a very reputable nonprofit insurance company instead of rolling the dice with an underwriting process with another.

p.s. Just received fantastic supplemental coverage. It took 3 days in the hands of a good broker. I highly recommend Denise L in Oakland, CA.
