Jordan and Brandon were very helpful , patient and knowledgeable regarding our loan for our motor home. They both made the process easy for us to understand and to get our loan closed in a timely manner.

Whitney was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It was kind of a drawn out process but they got me a better rate than I was able to find elsewhere. Overall was a decent experience.

Not even a 1 star.They lead you on. Get your hopes up and take it away! They are trying to drum up business for their credit repair. Even had us pick out rv. We were conditionally approved. We met all conditions and still got declined. How does that happen?

Cory was patient with answering questions I frequently asked. I am not very literate when it comes to online business, so at times it was frustrating. After all I am a senior citizen so have not grown up with computers or online activity. But thanks. All went well. And directions from everybody was helpful.

Through a tricky loan process for our RV, My Financing has been very communicative and helpful. We have worked with a number of reps, particularly Glenn, and they have all been great to work with. We are loving our RV and thankful for the assistance that we received through the financing and purchasing process.

Im in the customer service industry and I can honestly say... wow. One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. We received daily updates from Stacie and her communication with us was SPOT ON. I would highly recommend her to ANYONE. Just a very good smooth experience. Refreshing in this day and age.

My wife and I were really dreading having to find our new rv. We didnt want to deal with sales reps or the high pressure sales and the millions of different financing institutes. Whitney and her team have made this such an amazing experience. Her communication skills, and her hard prompt work was just an amazing blessing to work with. David was SO patient with us! We had never been through this process before and in the middle of the deal we had a family death, a car accident, PLUS the seller had a middle man. Which just complicated things SO much further! Glad we had David on top of everything and didn't have to worry. SO grateful I could get mom the camper she's dreamed of having in her retirement! So glad to have David to guide us through the process! Found a great deal! Was able to negotiate a better price than the credit union which I have been going through for years! Sought a second option out and I'm SO glad I found My Financing USA!

My wife and I went through MyFI to purchase a boat and up until a few days ago things have been fantastic. We were supposed to receive funding on the 26th and when it did not show, I called and was told *** had not picked up the package and it would be out to me the next day. As of today, still no check. I called and emailed and spoke with my loan officer, Jeff ***, who advised that *** once again failed to show and management was working on a resolution. I understand that *** failures are out of their hands but they need to figure something out. I have now had to notify the seller twice that I have not received the funds. Not only is this embarrassing it is also causing the seller frustration. Please get this fixed and get me my money!
