My Comfy Pants review: Womens pants 1

I placed this order (order #114750 pull on Seamed Front Wide Leg Jeans Black Petite/size 1X) on May 21, 2023. At least a month later the parcel arrived at my home in Texas. When I opened the package, the wrong pair of pants, wrong size, with a zipper and a button closure (obviously, not “pull on” pants). I tried the phone number listed on their website which just went dead after about 3 rings). I sent an email to let them know about the error, waited and at least a week went by before I received any kind of response via email. They just said that my email would be forwarded to Customer Support and I should expect a response from them within 1-2 days. I have heard nothing since then. At this point, I just want my credit card credited for the full cost of my order (including Shipping Costs). After reading your reviews from others they said they were told to ship the item back at their own expense. It was their error and I shouldn’t have to cover shipping cost. I am glad I found this website, but honestly, with all the bad reviews, how can we stop them from ripping off more people? If you can help I would certainly appreciate it.
