I placed an order on MutualScrew & Supply for 3 taps M1.6x0.2 and one die M1.7x0.2. However, when the package arrived, only the die was included. This left me quite puzzled and I had to reach out to my forwarder to see if they had any information about the missing items.

To my surprise, my forwarder suggested that I contact MutualScrew & Supply directly to inquire about the taps. So, I decided to give it a shot and reached out to Kathleen House from Mutual Screw. She promptly responded and informed me that unfortunately, the taps were currently out of stock. However, she kindly offered me a refund for the missing items.

While I appreciated the gesture, I found myself in a bit of a predicament. You see, my forwarder has a policy of charging a $25 administrative fee for any refunds or changes to the order. This meant that even if I accepted the refund, I would still have to pay this additional fee, which didn't sit well with me.

Just when I thought things couldn't get any more confusing, my forwarder suddenly informed me that the 3 taps had actually arrived. I couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and frustration. On one hand, I was glad that the missing items were finally in my possession. On the other hand, the whole situation had been quite a mess and could have been avoided if there had been better communication between MutualScrew & Supply and my forwarder.

Despite the initial confusion and inconvenience, I am ultimately pleased that everything will be delivered as originally intended. It's just a shame that it took some extra effort and back-and-forth to get to this point. Nonetheless, I appreciate the assistance provided by Kathleen House and the fact that the missing taps were eventually located and sent to me.

The selection at MutualScrew & Supply is really awesome. They have a wide range of products to choose from, which is great for finding exactly what you need.

However, there is a small issue when it comes to updating your cart. When you click on "Update Cart" for an item, it takes you away from the page you were shopping on. It would be more convenient if choosing "Continue Shopping" would bring you back to the page you were browsing. It can be a bit confusing to be redirected to a general page instead.

One suggestion to improve this process would be to make all of the quantities in the cart "0" by default. Then, you can easily input the desired quantity for each item you want to purchase. After that, you can simply click on "Update Cart" to add all of the items with their respective quantities to your cart. This would make it easier and more efficient to manage your shopping cart.

Overall, MutualScrew & Supply offers a great selection of products, but there are some minor improvements that could enhance the shopping experience.

My experience with Mutual Screw was not good when I first did business with them. Dave told me that if I placed my order online, it would ship right away. However, that wasn't the case. I had to call them and was informed that the order hadn't been sent to the warehouse. I suggested picking it up myself at their warehouse, and Bre gave me the address. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong place. I had to redirect my driver to another city where their warehouse was actually located. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I gotta say, I was pretty darn pleased with the brass wood screws I got from MutualScrew & Supply. See, I deal with a whole bunch of old-timey equipment, and I rely on wood screws that were made back in the day. Lately though, the quality of most screws out there has been downright awful. The threads are all shallow, the screws have impurities from the casting process, and don't even get me started on those rounded heads on flat head screws. It's a real mess, I tell ya.

But these brass screws from MutualScrew & Supply? They were a breath of fresh air, let me tell you. They were actually pretty close in quality to the original screws I've been using. The threads were sharp as a tack, and I reckon they'll do just fine for the restoration work I've got planned. These are some decent screws, no doubt about it.

So yeah, if you're in the market for some good ol' brass wood screws, I'd definitely recommend giving MutualScrew & Supply a shot. They might just surprise you like they did me.

Everything was great except that I ordered and paid for a 4 1/4' diamond grit hole saw, and you sent me a 4 1/8 inch saw. We were able to make it work with some grinding on the inside of the opening to allow a drain cover to fit flush in the hole. I couldn't wait two more days for a new saw. Besides that, the product worked beautifully, and I was happy to find a source for every size I may ever need for this type of saw. If you'd like to refund the difference in price between the two different sized saws, I'd appreciate it. Thanks so much. Joann Silvestro

So, I gotta say, everything was pretty good, ya know? But there was this one little hiccup, like a tiny bump in the road, ya feel me? I ordered this diamond grit hole saw, right? I recently made a purchase from MutualScrew & Supply, specifically from their website mutualscrew.com. I needed 4 diamond grit hole saws in different sizes. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed to find that only one of the saws was included. To my surprise, there was no mention on the website or the invoice that the other saws were backordered. Frustratingly, I tried to contact Mutual Screw via email, but being on the west coast, they were closed at the time.

If the remaining saws haven't been shipped yet, I plan to cancel my order and purchase them from Home Depot instead. After all, the sizes I need are quite common and readily available there. It's a shame that MutualScrew & Supply didn't provide any information about the backorder situation, as it would have saved me the trouble of ordering from them in the first place.

Adding to my concerns, the invoice I received came via email, but it was under one of the employee's names rather than the company's name. In this day and age, with hackers and online security threats, I tend to be cautious when it comes to unfamiliar emails. It was only by sheer luck that I happened to notice and open the email from MutualScrew & Supply.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience so far. The lack of communication regarding the backordered items and the unusual email invoice have left me feeling uneasy about the reliability and professionalism of MutualScrew & Supply. I hope they can address these issues promptly and improve their customer service in the future.

I was in a real bind trying to find these knurled end drop ins because the smooth ones I had just weren't cutting it on the concrete. Can you believe it? None of the local suppliers had them in stock, so I had to resort to the good ol' internet. That's when I stumbled upon Mutual Screw. They claimed to be located in NJ, which meant I could get my hands on those parts in just a day or two since I'm in Baltimore.

But let me tell you, I waited and waited. Days went by and still no sign of my precious drop ins. Frustrated, I finally decided to give them a call to see what the heck was going on. Turns out, they had to order the parts from the factory first and then ship them to me. Now, why on earth didn't they mention that on their website? It would've saved me a whole lot of trouble. I just wish Mutual Screw had been more upfront about the whole ordering process. It would've saved me a lot of time and frustration.

So, if you're in a hurry and need your parts ASAP, I'd suggest double-checking with Mutual Screw before placing your order. Make sure they actually have what you need in stock, or else you might find yourself waiting longer than expected. Lesson learned for me, that's for sure.

It was a real struggle to come across the specific items I needed at my local hardware store. But finally, after a long search, I stumbled upon mutualscrew. Let me tell you, they had exactly what I was looking for - wallboard anchors. And boy, was I relieved! You see, I live in a mobile home and using your average round anchor would have caused some serious damage to the walls, leaving behind unsightly big round holes. Not a good look, let me tell you.

Now that I have these fantastic wallboard anchors, I can finally start decorating my humble abode and securely anchor things like my dresser to the wall for safety reasons. You see, I'm a single dad with a rambunctious 2-year-old. Those little ones have a knack for climbing anything and everything in sight. So, I reckon I'll be using around 3 to 4 anchors for some extra strength and peace of mind.

Let me tell you, if you're in the same boat as me with thin mobile home walls, these wallboard anchors are an absolute godsend. They leave behind barely visible marks when you remove them, so you won't have to worry about any eyesores. Trust me, I highly recommend giving these anchors a try. You won't be disappointed. So, I just wanted to share my experience as a first-time buyer from Mutualscrew. Let me start by saying that I was a bit surprised when I received my order and noticed that one of the screw sizes was made in the USA, while the other one was labeled as "Taiwan" on the box. I guess it's not a big deal, but it caught my attention.

As for the taps, one of them is definitely made in the USA, but I couldn't really tell where the other one is from. It would have been nice to have that information clearly stated. Nevertheless, when it comes to appearance, all the items in my order look to be of good quality. So, no complaints there.

Now, let's talk about the service. I must say, it was fantastic! I really appreciate the email follow-up I received from Mutualscrew. It's always nice to know that a company cares about its customers. So, kudos to them for that.

The price of the products was not an issue for me. I was willing to pay the amount stated for the items I needed. However, I have to mention that I was a bit surprised by the shipping cost. My order weighed around 6oz, and I didn't expect to pay $16.80 for shipping on a $92.99 order. I mean, come on! I know that USPS Priority (If it fits it ships) is only $7.14 for my shipping zone. I know you guys receive mail, so why the high shipping cost?

But overall, I am satisfied with my experience with Mutualscrew. Will I order from them again? Absolutely. Will I recommend them to others? You bet. The products are good, the service is great, and nothing here will break the bank. However, I do have to mention that over the course of a year, these shipping costs can really add up, especially for us little guys. It would be nice if Mutualscrew could find a way to make it more affordable for everyone.

So, that's my honest review. I hope this feedback can be turned into a "Mutual" win-win situation for everyone.

The product descriptions and sizes on MutualScrew & Supply's website are quite unclear. If you're not well-versed in machine technology and product numbers, it can be discouraging to make a purchase. Take, for example, the mysterious #20 washer. There's no information about its size or thread application, just a vague reference to #14 or #20. Not everyone is familiar with these terms, and it can be frustrating to navigate the website without clear specifications.

I recently had the opportunity to reach out to Jordon from MutualScrew & Supply (mutualscrew.com) and I must say, the assistance I received was spot on. I called him up and he provided me with exactly the help I required.

Now, when it came to placing my order, I did so on the 2nd of the month. However, I noticed that the label was only created on the 4th. Unfortunately, the package was not shipped by Saturday as indicated by the tracking information. This left me feeling quite disappointed, as I had to make a trip to town and purchase a similar item in order to ensure that I could deliver my product to my customer by the following Monday.

To be honest, this whole situation has left me uncertain about whether or not I will continue to keep my order. It's a shame that things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.

So, I recently bought a mini torch from MutualScrew & Supply (mutualscrew.com), but I was a bit disappointed with my purchase. You see, the torch only came with a soldering tip, and I was hoping to find a blowtorch tip on their website. Unfortunately, I couldn't find one, so I had to look for a replacement tip on another site.

To make matters worse, I stumbled upon the same torch on that other site, and it was actually cheaper there! Not only that, but they didn't charge any shipping fees either. MutualScrew & Supply, on the other hand, had a fee of $17, which brought my total payment to $48. If I had bought it from the other site, I could have gotten it for just $25.

I must say, I was quite frustrated by this experience. It would have been much more convenient if MutualScrew & Supply had offered the blowtorch tip I needed and had a more competitive price. Instead, I had to go through the hassle of finding another site and paying more than I should have.

Overall, I think MutualScrew & Supply could improve their product offerings and pricing to better meet the needs of their customers. It's always disappointing when you find a better deal elsewhere, especially when you've already made a purchase.

The prices at MutualScrew & Supply (mutualscrew.com) are pretty good, and the delivery time is also decent. However, I did encounter a little hiccup with my recent order. You see, I was expecting to receive screws without any washers, but unfortunately, the screws that arrived had rubber washers attached to them. Now, don't get me wrong, the screws themselves were the right size and quantity that I had ordered, so that was a relief. But since I needed them for a job on Monday and time was tight, I had to manually remove the washers from all 1000 screws. It was quite a task, let me tell you.

I wish I had enough time to contact MutualScrew & Supply to exchange the order, but with the deadline looming, I had no choice but to roll up my sleeves and get to work. It would have been much more convenient if the screws had arrived as expected, without the washers. Nonetheless, I managed to get the job done, and everything turned out fine in the end.

Despite this little mix-up, I must say that MutualScrew & Supply does offer competitive prices and their delivery time is satisfactory. It's just a shame that I had to go through the hassle of removing the washers myself. I hope they pay closer attention to the details of future orders to avoid such inconveniences.

When I placed my order for the die, there was no mention on the website that it would be shipped directly from the manufacturer. I only found out about this when I reached out to your office on 6/30. The lady I spoke to didn't seem too concerned about my complaint. It's been a whole week now, and I still haven't received my order. I really hope it arrives this week.

These products ain't compatible. The charger don't work with the lamp, and the lamp didn't come with a battery. I'm confused and disappointed. Also, I only got one lamp when I ordered two. They charged me for two lamps too. I wanna send back the whole order and get my money back. Can you give me a label and tell me how to do it? Thanks...

I recently made an order with this company based in NJ, and they sent it to me by drop shipping from a supplier in Fl. Now, let me tell you, that supplier took their sweet time before even processing my order. Can you believe it? Two whole days just sitting there, doing nothing! And let me remind you, I'm not located that far away in NC.

So, after the supplier finally got around to processing my order, they decided to expedite it because of some dock delay. It's a good thing they did, because it still took a whole week for me to receive my small package of bushings. Now, don't get me wrong, the components I ordered were fine and dandy, no issues there. It's just that it took forever to actually get them in my hands.

But hey, at least I finally got what I needed, right? It's just a shame it took so long. I mean, I understand that things happen and delays occur, but a week for a small package? Come on now. Nonetheless, the products themselves were in good condition and met my expectations. It's just a shame that the whole process took longer than expected.

The shopping cart on MutualScrew & Supply's website is a bit clunky, as it forces me to go to the checkout page every time I add an item. Additionally, their registration system has a flaw that automatically changes my billing address after I enter the correct one. This caused me quite a bit of frustration, as I had to fill out the form three times before my transaction was finally accepted without being declined due to the system's error. It's quite irritating, and if I could find another merchant selling the same product who was more competent, I would definitely choose to buy from them instead.

When the item arrived, I noticed that it looked different from the pictures displayed on the website and the DeWalt/Powers box it came in. It didn't have the DeWalt or Powers branding, and there was no indication of its country of origin. However, I had an urgent project that required the use of this tool, so I decided to give it a try.

To my surprise, the tool actually worked fine, despite not being the exact brand I had ordered. Nevertheless, I was still disappointed because I specifically chose to order brand name tools for a reason. It's frustrating when you expect a certain product and receive something different instead.
