15 yrs ago we purchased a microwave from a different brand that was 36 inches wide. No one makes them this wide anymore, as everything available now is 30 inches wide. Glad I chose Multi Lakes, a contractor with various talented people who assisted me with challenges that came up with having this replacement installed.

Wife and I moved to Multi Lakes from a few states over, I needed assistance emptying moving containers in a short time. Multi Lakes sent a couple professionals who helped a ton, didn't damage any furniture or walls, and the price was very reasonable. We're extremely grateful for their services.

Kevin and his team did an an exceptional job with building a bedroom in my basement. He was responsive, punctual, efficient and insightful- AND priced very reasonably. They refused to leave until the messes that were inevitably made were cleaned up. I thoroughly appreciate the work done! HIGHLY recommend.

Contacted Multi lakes handyman services because my home warranty company had taken 3 months and wasnt able to send an install technician to put in my new dishwasher. The phone was answered right away, the price was more than fair, and the job was done in less then 24 hours. I plan to give them first dibs at my business from now on.

Kevin and his guys did a great job with several jobs around my house (stair rail fixes, replace ceiling fan, clean out basement egress, haul away some junk, replace front door lock and handle). Kevin was quick to provide a quote and get my work lined up. He turned the job around super fast and everyone was professional! Very reasonably priced.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with! His company and team are professional and timely and he was attentive and thorough throughout the entire process of redoing my basement. He was even so kind to walk me through a few steps of the process that I could do myself so my fiance and myself could save some money in the end. Would absolutely use his company again!

The owner of Multi Lakes Handyman Services was fantastic. He communicated with me very well before and throughout the project. The project itself turned out very nice, I would say better than expected. My only complaint would be the mess that was left by the workers during the project. I communicated my disappointment to the owner and he managed the situation very well and the workers came back and cleaned up the mess.

Found Kevin's name on a neighborhood social site. I reached out and received a response immediately; which is always appreciated. Within a week, I had my front/back deck boards replaced, power washed and stained. I had a few inside items replaced. I inquired about gutters and those were installed within a few days which turned out great. I now have someone I can call if I need anything. It's hard to find someone you can count on.

I called this company on a Saturday morning with an emergency situation. I live out of state and given it was a weekend, I was not optimistic that I would find someone who could help me quickly. But lo and behold, I did! And within two hours someone was at my property fixing my problem which could've been significantly worse had they not been able to get there quickly. I highly recommend their services. They were great to work with at every level.

Kevin was one of the first people I called looking to get an estimate for electrical work/cement on our future hot tub. I was surprised at how much time he spent on the phone with me educating on the process and what to look for in contractors. Ultimately I came back to him for trust value and also very reasonably priced. Cement slab looks great! They were on time... actually a day early! I will be calling him back for a few more projects we need.

I can't see enough good things about this company. The communication was like from days gone by we were informed of everything every step of the way, everything was done exactly as he said they would be and they got the job finished and started in record time. This company runs the way all companies should be. Honest, fair pricing, excellent workmanship. After a poor experience with another company and being ignored by others because the job was too challenging, Multi Lakes Handyman Services and his team stepped in and were great. They scheduled my job within a week and kept in close contact with me to schedule the continued work and progress over a few days. The handyman did a great and thorough job and left the kitchen clean and tidy like he'd never been there. Thanks Multi Lakes Handyman Services for respecting my time and business. I'll be seeing you again, as there are several undone projects on my honey do list!

I needed a toilet installed (thanks to a poor installation by the previous residents in my house), and called Multi Lakes Handyman Services. They acquired the toilet on the weekend, and by Monday, it was installed and ready in my home. The servicemen involved were professional and friendly, and the guy I dealt with on the phone was, as well. If you don't have the skill to do something, or if you do, but don't have the time, I very much recommend going to these guys. They're fast, efficient and well priced. If something else comes up, will I consider calling them back? Most certainly.

Ran into Kevin through a neighborhood social media source, and he answered the request of mine to support the local schools. A few months later, I was in need of having a new entry door installed, and none of the big shops would do it due to the pandemic. I remember Kevin, and gave him a call. He answered my questions, gave me a good price, and even picked up my door order from Home Depot. The job ended up being a lot more difficult and time consuming than he anticipated, but the price didn't change. Even went out and picked up hardware that would fit the door, as the stuff that I had purchased was not the right size. We are having him come back to do our storm door and trim work next. I'm glad we found a handyman that we can rely on for future projects.
