Kip was friendly and informative, he explained the process and it worked just as he said. We got a new roof in under two days and it costs just what was told up front.

My husband and I first met Matt through our "Ring". We weren't home at the time and told him we would be there in 15 minutes, so go ahead and look at the roof. Matt is so professional and we both felt very comfortable with him. Matt handled everything from the start to finish. He called our insurance company, which was a big help, helping with the shingles until the job was complete. He answered all our questions along the way and was very quick to get back with us. Our neighbor recommended Beaver Home Services. Having watched his roof being installed along with his positive recommendation, we decided to use Beaver Home Services. Our roof was 23 years *** wanted to get it replaced before another hurricane season. *** was assigned to our project, & was always available when we called giving us the current updates. The roofing material, a perfect color with our brick, is a great quality & the workmen were conscientious, polite & very proficient in cleaning up. Over all everyone who worked on our project was professional & completed the job in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend Beaver Home Services. I must admit I was hesitant on dealing with the company due to some of the online reviews and because it was fairly new to the roofing business. This company was referred to us by a co-worker and our experience was top notch. We worked with Joseph H. who was truly a man of his word. He was professional, kept us updated every step of the way from the inspection to installation and completion. He listed to our concerns and took his time addressing every one of them. The installation crew was fast and respected our property. All discarded material and nails was cleaned up each day (2 days) they were at our home leaving our yard clear of all waste. I've heard nightmare experiences from other neighbors in our subdivision who used other roofing companies. This made me all the more grateful we went with Beaver Homes. Thank you Joseph and crew for making this a seamless process!

Beaver Home Services is a pleasure to do business with. My roof was old and damaged. *** Morale inspected the roof and contacted my insurance company, got me a claim number and made arrangements for one of of their inspectors to come look at it. The insurance rep. came out, inspected the roof and a few days later I received an initial check in the mail. It took about three weeks for Beaver to get the roofing material I wanted but *** kept me up dated and was always available to answer any questions I had. Everyone at Beaver that I had contact with was polite, professional and helpful. The roofers had my roof on in 1 and 1/2 days.and cleaned up after the job was completed. They literally left no mess at all. Beaver Home Services is easy to work with. When I called them an actual human being answered the phone and got me the info I needed. I didn't call them much because I didn't need to.

This company is a scam hiding behind their nice reviews. Many of which I am sure are fake. They are terrible with communication (after you sign their contract). They refuse to pick up the phone ever, it takes them days, sometimes weeks, to reply to messages. And when they do, they dodge questions.They will show up ON YOUR ROOF with materials unannounced after months of no contact.They will send you an invoice "estimate" and claim the roof costs x-amount.Then they will bait-and-switch claiming it actually costs x + $4,000 when everything is said and done. Then they back away after you ask HOW and they'll say "no, actually it costs x + $2,000." How much does the roof cost? Absolutely as much as they can squeeze out of you and the insurance company. They tried to claim a basic new roof on a 1,000sqft home costs $12,000. In what world? *** it. shouldn't be more than $6k. THEN they will place a lien on your property in order to get you to pay the imaginary difference.And they will never tell you about any of this, so when you go to sell your house, all of these problems come to a head without you realizing until it's too late. Then you're out a couple thousand dollars. Under NO circumstance should anybody use this company. You may not regret it at first, because the roof looks nice. But their harmful lien practices will come to haunt you. Please heed my warning. Also, I'm sure they'll reply with some fake response below claiming they're in the right, and a lien is "standard practice" but of course they would. It's the ComplaintsBoard.com, they want to maintain their illusion.
