Mr. Mike's Plumbing are an amazing company. Their service was out of this world, their tradesmen were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work they did was fantastic and they helped me along with all the steps needed. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right. On a scale of one to ten I would give them 100.

The plumber who came out was amazing. Very knowledgeable and gave me lots of useful information. I gave 4 stars because the prices quoted to do some of the repairs were really steep for the job. 300 to cut and replace an ~5 section of pipe under my kitchen sink. Ill have to find another plumber to do this work more cheaply or do it myself.

Tanner helped us out after hours and did a fantastic job. He stayed late and after he completed the work, did a complete walk through the house, checking on a multitude of other things, all at no extra charge. He provided lots of great advice for a new home owner and I really appreciated his honesty and candid responses to the questions that I had.

Mr. Mike's Plumbing from Mr. Mike's Plumbing came to fix our faucet that we had been trying to tinker with for about a week. Although there was nothing he could physically do (we had ruined our faucet lol) he gave me a bunch of great advice that allowed me to fix the faucet in a matter of minutes after grabbing some supplies from the store. Mr. Mike's Plumbing is THE BEST! He went over and above to get the job done; and we are so appreciative of his hard work and knowledge. Very respectful and easy to talk to regarding any issues. He was happy to take care of any concerns that I had and we are more than impressed with his service. He made great suggestions and his problem-solving skills are money saving suggestions. He is my go-to plumber now.

I had two separate jobs to get an estimate on. Both Mr. Mike's Plumbing employees were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They both listened to my concerns and gave me their professional options on each job. I was given ideas that I didn't consider to make the flow of the final results of the job better. I am very pleased with my experience and recommend Mr. Mike's Plumbing and I will use them for any future work that I will have.

Right from the first call after hours reception attempted to contact a tech, took my info then I got a call from their representative who connected me with an appointment and took all required info, tech showed up in the 2hr window promised, tech spoke to me to let me know scope and work and cost completed after hours and left everything tidy! Fast, efficient and friendly and courteous and affordable when comparing to other well-known plumbing companies. Definitely will use them again!

We found the service to be top-notch with Mr. Mike's Plumbing. They were able to get our water heater replaced on a Sunday, and the plumbing specialist, Ladis Hamas, was incredibly professional and got the job done very efficiently. He communicated with us at every step throughout the process, and he was extremely courteous and friendly to our family. I would highly recommend this company based on our experience with them. We plan to use them exclusively in the future.

Did two jobs with Mr. Mike's Plumbing, a poly B replacement and poly b main water line and sewer line. They were very friendly and professional. Happy to answer any questions about the job. They were straight forward with the costs and if anything came up they let me know what it was, and gave me options which was nice. They take videos of the work and it is included in the final invoice which can be done over email which I personally find very convenient. Owner came out to the job and is very easy to get a hold of and to talk to. Overall, very impressed!

The service was excellent - Mr. Mike, the plumber who was the lead, informed us about the different choices that we could choose from with all the different benefits each of the hot water systems offered. That allowed us to choose what would work for us the best at a price point we felt comfortable with. When they came to do the installation they were courteous, clean and very quick. Our new hot water tank was installed within about an hour, including the removal of the old tank. We would highly recommend Mr. Mike's Plumbing for their services that they provide.

Well, everything was perfect. Mark Smith arrived on time, had professional manner, sense of humour, was a good listener as I explained the problem. He was able to diagnose the issue (plugged 3 inch drain stack) and fix it right away. I like that he explained everything before and during the procedure, and also explained other procedures if this one hadn't worked. Costs were also explained in advance. Mark also showed me toilets (my future need) and the company's annual maintenance plan. I think Mark makes a good image and reputation for Mr Mikes Plumbing. I was very impressed and very thankful to have someone so polite, pleasant and really knew his stuff - skilled!

In 2021, careful customers check reviews before hiring a service. Mr. Mike's Plumbing's Reviews (including on the official Site) are a form of false advertising since Mr. Mike's Plumbing demands a customer withdraw any negative review as a condition of a settlement, no matter how unsatisfactory or insignificant. The actual nature of the complaint is hidden from prospective customers: As a condition of the refund you, the client, agree to not leave any negative reviews about Mr. Mike's Plumbing left on any social media platforms. If there are any negative reviews left from this client, we have the authorization to charge the client for the refunded amount. If that amount must be billed, and the amount is not paid within 30 days, the invoice will be sent to our credit department and it could affect the client's credit. Note that filing THIS complaint cost me a $300 (token) refund - a fraction of the over-charge I claimed.

I called Mr. Mike's Plumbing on March 9th at 6:48PM to investigate a plugged drain. While on the phone, I asked about an estimate but was transferred to a different person who told me that there will be an after-hours charge of 179.99 + labor which she could not be more specific. Once in the house, he visually inspected the situation and asked a few questions. Went to his car to make a phone call and came back with a quote of $996.42. We tried reasoning with the technician and at some point he too thought it was unreasonable and went back to his car to make another phone call, but that didn't bring any price reduction. We found ourselves at an extremely difficult position and had to proceed. Mr. Mike's Plumbing clearly takes advantages of situations like this and quotes astronomical prices. The technician was in the house for about an hour. He insisted taking the toilet of which I still think did not have to happen. We had a drain plug about 5 years ago which was resolved without removing the toilet. He took the payment and left the house. Day after they asked for a review and I posted one on Yelp at which they replied justifying their price. Next day I got a call from someone called John, but his call went directly to voicemail not giving me an opportunity to answer. In his voicemail he said how they would like to make our experience better and make sure we are happy. I have since called them twice and every time receptionist states he is busy, and he will call back. This seems just another trick they do to their customers and he has no intention of calling back. It is extremely frustrating that they use vulnerable situations and feel justified to apply these high prices for an hour of work.

I was very disappointed with my visit from these guys last week. I called them after seeing that our dishwasher wasn't draining properly and we couldn't work out the source of the issue ourselves. I asked the women on the phone for a quote and she said she "is just the dispatch lady and couldn't give me a quote but could tell me it would be at least a $50 dispatch fee to have the guy come out". He ended up coming by letting us know that the pump was broken and it therefore isn't a plumbing issue and they wouldn't be able to fix it for us. Then I proceeded to be charged $220. $50 for a dispatch fee, $30 for an environmental fee that is apparently charged regardless of what they do and $160 for a minor diagnostic fee that includes "turning something on that was off" or "using a flashlight". If they couldn't provide me a quote and then when they arrive and realize they couldn't fix it and charge me the dispatch fee that would have been fine. But if I was in for a $220 bill regardless of what happened then that could have been communicated over the phone because I definitely wouldn't have paid $220 for no work at all. Especially since when the guy left he left a standing pool of water at the bottom of the dishwasher therefore leaving it in the exact state it was in when he arrived. I then received a call from the company later that day to provide feedback and shared my concerns with her. She let me know her manager would call me by Friday at the latest. (My service and phone call was on the Thursday) By Tuesday I hadn't received a call so I called back and let another women know what was happening. She assured me the manager would call me by Wednesday at the latest. It is now Friday and I haven't received a phone call.

Mr. Mikes serviced a plugged drain on March 7th where their plumber sold us on their most expensive "hydro jet" service for over $700 which came with a written guarantee for one year. Five weeks later on April 10th the drain pipe backed up again. I called the service after hours at 5pm and got their answering service. I said I was calling on a warranty claim with a backed up drain pipe needing immediate service. She wouldn't pass on my information for a call back without me agreeing to a call out charge which after some questioning, I agreed to. I waited and no one called me back so I had to find another service to come out who successfully cleaned out the drain. I never heard a word from Mr. Mikes (despite their guarantee and promise of one year of coverage). It's not right that they don't honor their warranty as stated which caused additional cost.
