Someone hacked into my daughter's account after purchasing VIP status. The hacker stole her account and changed the email address. I cannot talk to a customer service representative because it is an out of country website. I will report this website to all complain websites so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. Company is called Movie Star Planet.

My little sister has a MovieStarPlanet and she had a boy ask her if she was "Thirsty, and not the drink". When she asked him what he had meant, he asked her is she would have sex with him. This concerns me because she is only 10 and she shouldn't have a boy ask her this on a child's website. Its inappropriate and I told her to block him which she happily did. If this website is so "safe" then why don't I feel safe for my little sister?
My daughter was hacked a few weeks ago and now someone else is using her account. Well she had a friend try and help her wth and she got banned, for trying to help, her acct name is ilovegummies. None of this right, and your site doesn't seem to watch out for these things. Her friend should never have been banned for trying to help, and my daughter, emmerockout, now, should never of had her old account(emmemonkey) taken. I hope this can all be worked out, because our children shouldn:t have to worry about these things on a childs site and I don't want to hear about this again. We have enough ourselves to worry about with our own accounts. Thank you, and please respondpond.
The same thing has happened to my Granddaughter, they have taken her money and coins and even change her models face and gloat about it in messages. It's horrible and has caused her a lot of upset. What did the police say?
