Morse Roofing and Siding has been wonderful to work with! Their assessment of my roof agreed with that of my insurance company (even though the insurance company couldn't cover my problem) as well as another company that sent an estimate. Their representative explained the problems and priced options for me. Communication by both email and phone was clear and responses were prompt with everyone involved. The install crew was prompt, diligent and thorough even through the heat of the day. In this process I learned that the manufacturer's warranty on the material is not nearly as important as the work and warranty of the installer. I'm impressed with Morse!

The Morse roofing team was awesome. My best experience working with contractors. Jeff on site Forman really knew what he was doing and was great with the working staff. They all were working hard and did a great job. I am so pleased with the entire experience. Also, Lee the sales person gave me such good vibes that I felt I could trust everything he told me and he was on point. Everything he said happened. The billing was so easy. I recieved contracts explaining all the details on what they were going to do. There was no pressure They were so professional and gave 100 percent. I would only recommend Morse Roofing to install your roof. I give them a 6 stars

Cannot say enough about Morse Roofing & Siding. They installed a new roof on our office this past Saturday. Alex came out to perform the inspection and was super knowledgeable in every aspect. He explained all the details about their process, their services and the products they offered and also went in depth on the insurance process. After the inspection we were kept in communication with Alex and his team until the day of installation. Tom Morse was polite and professional in the conversations we had with him throughout the process as well and could answer any question. Great company, great quality and our roof looks great! Highly recommend this company.

Tom, his office staff, and the roofing contractors were all very courteous and professional. They had me on the schedule for a roof replacement. I received a call from Tom asking if his crew could sooner than than had me scheduled and asked how much notice I needed. I was very grateful and they were able to install my roof earlier than I expected. They removed the old and installed the new roof and you would not know they had been here other than seeing the GREAT job they did on the roof replacement. They did a great job on the clean up. I recommend Morse Roofing. They had a large professional crew that completed the job much faster than I expected. They did an excellent job cleaning up. I chose Morse because, when our insurance company wanted us to replace our roof even though it was in good condition, only 20 years old, and their own inspectors said it was in good condition, out of 3 roofers I called, Morse was the only company willing to write a letter explaining the remaining life of the roof to the insurance company instead of trying to sell us a new roof prematurely. So, when we were ready to replace the roof, Morse was the only company I considered since I already knew their prices were competitive.

In late April 2022, I discovered two leaks that appeared in my unfinished attic, which turned out to be caused by the builder, Bayside Homes, doing an incomplete, careless job on the roof installation of their "spec" house they constructed and I purchased in 2015. Morse Roofing answered my call and came out in a couple of days for an estimate, with inspection of both attic and roof, including pictures. I was fit into their schedule and the work was completed about a week later. I'm very happy with their office manager, Jessica, as well as Brett, who gave the inspection, and John & the rest of the crews. If I need further repairs or a new roof, I'll definitely be calling Morse Roofing again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Morse Roofing is amazing...My new roof was installed yesterday...When I got home from work my yard was filled with neighbors and Morse family and workers. Mr. Morse presented a sign and informed me that the roof was done in honor of my husband Floyd Toomey, who passed away on March 14 AND I owed a 0 balance...They are also installing new gutters from The Gutter Guys... Floyd was the police chief in Dagsboro for 14 years and had recently retired. I was shocked...I mean who does this...you see it on tv... but really? This is community in the truest sense of the word. I called Morse roofing to request a estimate for gutter guards/screens on my house. From start to finish they were very professional. Alex came after setting up my appointment and gave me my estimate. Went over my options and emailed me a quote. I felt absolutely no pressure and was well informed by Alex. I made my selection and they quickly set up my install the next week. The crew showed up on time and completed install. They showed my finished project with before and after pictures. Cleaning up the gutters and downspouts. He noticed a small issue with one of my roof flashing and shared that with me. Again no pressure to have them do the work. I got a follow up call to check on my satisfaction. I will definitely use them in any future needs and highly recommend Morse Roofing!

Morse Roofing recently complete a full roof replacement on our home. The entire process was extremely professional and efficient. Tom Morse personally performed a very thorough inspection that demonstrated to us that the roof, which had experienced a number of leaks, needed replacement. We were guided through the options and assisted with appropriate shingle type and color selection. And we were able to schedule the job in reasonable time. When the day came for the installation, the process was amazing. A very professional and well organized large team arrived exactly on time and went right to work. The project manager and all of the team members were very professional and obviously knew exactly what to do as a team. By about 4 pm our beautiful new roof was finished, and our property completely cleaned up, looking better than before they started. Great work and great to deal with

Floored by a New Roof Owner Tom Morse completed a roof inspection of my new home in early fall at which time I was informed the earliest a new roof could be scheduled was the following spring. Thereafter I was informed by my insurance company that it was now or never, so I called Tom and told him my situation. Immediately, Morse Roofing & Siding went into high gear. We met at the office the following day to discuss and decide upon my specific choices (assisted by Tom's advice) as to roofing materials and details, and Tom made room in Morse roofing's jammed schedule for a new roof installation 10 days later. To say the sight of a dozen cars and trucks pulling onto my property at 7:30 AM that Saturday was surprising was the least of it. Morse Roofing & Siding brought not one but two crews, a project manager, and Tom himself. Within hours, the dozen+ crew had not only completed the new roof installation but provided simultaneous cleanup. Believe me when I say I slept very well that night, safe and sound under my expertly crafted, expertly installed new roof. Forever grateful to Morse Roofing & Siding!

Our son found Morse Roofing and Home Improvement for us on the Internet. We have a 2 story home with a one story room addition. That one story room addition was leaking rain water into the room. The roof was only 14 years old. Morse came out about a year ago, took pictures and explained to us where the roof was leaking, discovered that the shingles were improperly installed, with the wrong nails. In addition, tree limbs, falling on the roof, compounded the situation. Morse remedied the problem with a new roof, new underlayment (plywood) and flashing and worked with our insurance company to ensure we only paid our fair share. That was about a year ago. Then came the big storm in early August this year, 2020. A neighbor's oak tree limbs fell on the new roof. We called Morse and they came out right way and replaced the damaged roofing and flashing. We then contracted with them to replace the roof on the second story of our home, only because thinking that if the first story roof was installed incorrectly with the shingles placed wrong and with the wrong nails, that roof would also fail. We are extremely happy with their work. They found places where there was NO flashing, and installed it. Morse stands behind their products and their work. They are very honest, professional, ethical, have integrity and their prices are reasonable.

They say you judge a company by their employees ( who are they , I'm yet to find out !) but what I can say Morse are doing something right . Two things got my attention and I knew right away this was the company who I wanted to do my roof repair . Amanda and Brett . Amanda , firstly when I rang up , she has a great welcoming phone disposition , which says to me , "we want to do your work . That to me says a lot about Morse , Amanda kept me in touch all the time as to when some one would be round to look at the roof repair and to give an estimate . To me , that meant Amanda and I could could plan our day . How many tradesmen companies take the time to pick up a phone to keep you updated ,,,,,,,,,,, not many in my book I'm afraid . Thank you Amanda you are a gem . Now to Brett, and this all means much to me of a mans character. Meeting Brett started off with a hand shake , a good firm hand shake and not just one of these girlie man shakes which is so common today among societys children whos idea of a handshake is holding for dear life onto their mothers breast or their cell phone for mummys call to come home . . Turns out Brett is a former Marine , no wonder the job got done and out of here with no screwing around . Thankyou you Brett , you are a credit to the uniform you once wore and to Morse Roofing , and thankyou for talking highly of the company you work for and of your boss . It was a pleasure having Morse working on sight , this I genuinely mean , this is one good company .

Easy Peasy is a good term to use when choosing to do business with Morse Roofing & Home Improvement. A very thorough and timely inspection was completed to get the ball rolling. The good news also pertains to documentation by Morse Roofing, Every conversation and all photos are documented so that most anyone you speak to can provide answers. Our install date had to be moved out because all of the materials were not in stock. Our install was over two (very long and one VERY cold) days, We had great leadership, 14 workers on day one and 20 workers on day two. They arrived early and stayed until the leadership told them the day was done. The hardware/equipment used was dedicated, in excellent working condition, and materials/trash were hauled out of here with covered tarps. Ladders were used that protected my home's gutters, my yard and shrubs were well tended to and trapped where necessary. Our coupala was moved and roofed under/and replaced. We had minimal replacement of plywood (1 full piece plus a 20"x20" piece). These men and one woman worked their tails off in weather that was difficult due to very cold weather and lots of wind. When we needed to tweak the contract to add some additional copper, prices were discussed and agreements were made. Lo and behold, a revised contract showed up in my email same day with agreed upon prices. These team members worked nonstop except when taking minimal token breaks. I loved their camaraderie for one another and their overall excellent care of our property. Because of the thoroughness of the initial inspection there was little to no surprises. Their knowledge of product install also gave us a great warranty. You won't be dissappointed if you choose Morse Roofing & Home Improvement. They are a local treasure. Betsy C.
