Morgan and Morgan law firm is the worst firm EVER. My Son slip and fall case 2018 trial date has been rescheduled Time after Time. Last date was set for June and they also rescheduled. Once I informed my attorney that I wanted to settle out of court. He became very angry as well as making comments towards me that were very offensive racist and heartbreaking. Morgan law firm are not for the people. They are for themselves. They are cut throat. Leaving you worst than when you stared. They take over half your money. 33,000 non refundable fee for 3 expert witness fees for a case that never made it to trial and settled out of court. Which the Judge told my attorney during the settlement approval hearing that amount is TOO HIGH. After receiving approval from the judge I called a week later to get a status and was then told they are working to get a 19,000 medical bill Lowered. That bill was never on any documents that I requested from my attorney nor was it said during court settlement agreement. 625,000 settlement which they received $250,000 off top. 5 years they have not done anything that entitles them to such a large payout. FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS.
