moraine auto parts is the worst place to go for car parts. they are so rude and unprofessional. they don't care about their customers at all! they never deliver the parts on time like they say they will. it's a total rip off!

I tried to buy a bumper from Moraine Auto Parts, but they kept changing the price on me. It started at $100, but every time I talked to them, they wanted more and more money. By the end, it was over $300! I got so fed up that I just told them to keep it and give me my money back.

Moraine Auto Parts & Service ain't good, they didn't give me my money back for the wrong rims they sold me. I asked for a better price 'cause the rims had curb damage, but the owner's son sold me the wrong ones anyway. When I brought 'em back, the owners got all rude and said I insulted them. They even made me feel unsafe and scared. They kept the rims and didn't give me no refund. I had to leave 'cause I was so scared. I paid $170.00 cash on 1/28, but they didn't give me no refund. The invoice number was XXXXX and the work-order number was XXXXX.

I got some parts from Moraine Auto in April . They said the parts would work with my car before I bought them. But after I bought them, they said one part wouldn't work. The boss said he'd get a copy of the original part, but he got the wrong size. Then he said I couldn't get my money back because all sales were final. I asked for my money back, but they said no. They still have my money. I tried to buy other stuff there, but they said no. I want all my money back.

They said they had the engine ready to go, but when I got there, they said it was still in the truck. I had to wait for over 2 hours and then they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I called them 2 days later and they said they still hadn't removed all the accessories and transmission. I asked for a refund, but they only wanted to give me part of my money back. They said I had to pay for the labor they paid to remove the engine, even though it was supposed to be ready before I even got there. It's advertised as removed and ready online, but that's not true.

I bought a motor from Moraine Auto Parts on December 6 for $1,558.75. They said it would take 2 days to pull the motor, but when I called back after 2 days, they said it wasn't pulled yet. I gave them a week and then 3 more days, but they never called me to let me know the motor was ready. I called them on December 15 and they said the motor had been pulled. I told them my mechanic would pick it up, but he didn't because he knew I wouldn't get my money back if he did. Moraine Auto Parts said he picked it up and was trying to bring it back for a refund, but he never did. When I went to the shop with my mechanic, they said they had resold my motor and would have a new one in 2 weeks. I didn't want to do business with them anymore and asked for a refund, but they were rude and said I wouldn't get anything. I'm a single mother with 5 kids and needed my car fixed for doctor's appointments and school. Moraine Auto Parts swindled me and I want my money back. I'll take them to court and report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Please help me with this matter.
