I placed an order on 6/16. The tracking # I was given was incorrect, so I am unable to locate my item. Also, there is only an email contact for this company and they are not responding. It is now 7/23 and I have no product, but my account was charged. No one is responding to issue me a refund. I think this company is fraudulent.

I saw an ad on ***, made a purchase of $110 and received a shipping confirmation that sent me to a french shipping website. I *** translated it and it says the tracking number doesn't exist. I emailed them twice to refund my money and have not received a return email.

I placed an order with this company for $170 over a month ago with no order updates. I have contacted the company 3 times with no response, including asking for the order to be cancelled and my *** account refunded. Apparently this is an issue with this site based on my research.

On May 20th I order merchandise from Moonmandy on the internet. I purchased 7 items and paid $138.35 through ***. I purchased the items and paid for 7-10 day shipping. I have yet to receive my items and I have gotten poor cusomer service from this company. I have received only 1 notification over the past several weeks. There is no email, phone number or address to correspond with this company. I have reached out to *** and they have not assisted me in getting my money back from this scam company.

I ordered clothing from MoonMandy and once it finally arrived (almost 2 months later) it did not fit. I immediately looked up the return policy and emailed the company. The instructions say to email them within 10 days to get an address to send the item(s), then a refund will be issued. I emailed the day I received the item, June 10th, and never heard back. I emailed MoonMandy again on June 16th and June 30, still no response.

I ordered clothes on April 14th and still have not heard anything from them besides the order confirmation. I have received no order! Basically I am out $170.

I ordered several clothing items from Moonmandy.com in 3/2022. I did not receive the order until mid-June. Upon receiving the clothing, I found them to be of poor quality and fit. Since mid-June I have emailed the website customer service THREE TIMES to request return instructions as per the directions on their website. They have not contacted me. June 12th was the date of my first email. I have followed their instructions for requesting return of unacceptable items.

Moonmandy.com. I placed an order in april and still have not received my products. I paid through paypal and had been working through their system to get a resolution but to no avail. I have contacted the company directly on at least 6 separate occasions with no info provided other than meaningless delay tactics. I believe paypal is worried more about losing a vendor than in protecting a consumer. I have requested a refund repeatedly through moonmandy and paypal and have received no info at all let alone a refund. Order number * for $83.67 a usps tracking label was created over 6 weeks ago and I believe this to be part of the fraudulent service because they have no intention of shipping anything. They say the delay is due to covid, but this is well beyong acceptable. I'm a firefighter and and actually working through this pandemic. The lies used by this company are grossly negligent and I hope you will provide this consumer with a rectification. Moonmandy should be shut down and paypal should be ashamed for allowing this to advance to such a level. Please email with any further questions. I'll look forwad with hope to hear from you soon. good evening, I have tried to reach out to this company on many occasions . I made an online purchase Order #MN16393 and I still have not received my package , I asked for a refund but they refused , I later got an email from them stating that my package was on its way . It beens months and I still haven't received it, I reached out again for my refund and no answer .

This company is a complete faud and is not using photos of the items they actually sell. It takes months to receive the order and when it finally arrives the clothes are not what you ordered but instead imitations of the items you thought you purchased. I have made several attempts at getting return information without any success. Complete scam.

They will not respond to my emails at all. I have been asking them to cancel my order since May 9, it is now June 18, and I still have zero response from them and zero refund. I have sent them at least 6 emails. They have no phone number for me to contact and are also unresponsive on social media.

Order a shirt... It was not what I order It was in poor condition with a hole in it I emailed the company 3 times .. in order to obtain a refund label No emails were responded . No contact phone number is listed for this company

I placed my order over two months ago and have yet to receive my products. I asked for a refund and they continually denied me and provided poor customer service. My refund was denied from them because they said my order had been processed (that was over a month ago). They assigned a tracking number and have yet to ship my products.

I received an order from Moon Mandy. The quality was not as advertised and I was sent the wrong sizes. I have contacted the company 5 times and I have not received a response. I have asked for the return address in accordance with the instructions listed on their website for their return policy. I believe that they are refusing to answer my email so that they will not have to issue a refund. Items must be returned in 30 days. I will ship the items to them at my cost in accordance with their return policy. I just need the address to return the items and be issued a full refund.

I have reached out to Moonmandy more times than i want to. I have not gotten a reply and need to return an item they shipped after i told them to cancel order. I want full refund including shipping. These people are scam. Most likely working out of China.

I ordered 4 garments from this merchant on March 25. This business charged my card in the amount of 89.67. I have called their business only to discover their number is a phony number. have written to them numerous times and it takes me over 2 weeks to hear back from them and they simply respond saying to check the tracking number..in which, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE. I continue writing and there is no tracking. This is a scam business and I want my money back.

I ordered 5 items from this company in March 2022. I never heard from them about shipping. I contacted them mid April to find out about the status, they stated that it was ready to be shipped in two separate boxes. They gave me a tracking number that I checked frequently. It never was even dropped off at the post office. I emailed them again and they said it would be mailed in 3-5 business days which is was not. 6 days after that email I finally got a shipping update for 1 package. The package came with 4 items. I immediately emailed them and told them that I did not receive all my items and they requested that I send pictures of the items, shipping label and also the bags that the items came in. I replied to that email reminding them that there were supposed to be two packages. I just want to give them their items that they did send back and I want my money back. There was no package invoice in the package or item content.

I placed a large order from this company early March. They charged my credit card on March 11 for $312.68. To this date, I have not received my order. I contacted them at the end of March asking how long it would take to receive my order. They told me on April 1st that my order was not shipped yet because an item I ordered was no longer available & to choose a replacement. I did so that same day. On April 9, they told me that made the change & that my order would be shipped in 1-3 days. On April 24, I asked them for tracking info since I still had not received my order. They responded on April 26 that my order was returned & that they were re-sending. I immediately asked for tracking info once again. They then emailed me on April 28 again telling me that the same item was unavailable & asked me to choose a replacement. On April 29, I responded & told them not that this issue was supposed to already be resolved and my order was to be shipped by now. I then told them not to send me anything & that I wanted a full refund. They responded on May 6 by telling me that they were preparing to ship my order. I immediately responded by telling them that this was not acceptable and that I was demanding a full refund at this point. To date I have not received my order or my refund. There is no address or phone number anywhere to be found on their website, so I have no recourse other than emailing the company. All I want is my money back. I do not want to have to deal with this type of company in the event that I would have to return or exchange any of the clothing items I ordered, even if they did end up sending me my order.

I ordered an item from this company on February 24th and was informed that shipping would take up to 12 business days. After 13 business days with no shipping info I contacted the business who stated the item would be shipped in 1-3 days. The company later stated would refund 10% of the cost of item for delayed shipping. After 3 weeks I requested a refund of total cost of item due to no shipping info provided and no refund shown. The company advised if I closed my case within Paypal that they would refund the cost. When contacting the business again they advised that the refund has been settled. No transaction was ever processed for a refund after contacting Paypal. The business refuses to ship the item or refund the charge and over a month later has now stopped all communication. This online store is a scam attempting to steal money with no intent to distribute items.
