Montessori Outlet is great for homeschool teachers like me. They have lots of activities that I can use in different lessons and the kids love them. Plus, they're easy to clean up because there aren't a ton of little pieces. The map rugs are especially cool because the kids can learn about continents by touching them. I've been shopping here for a while and I'll keep coming back. Thanks Montessori Outlet!

I waited like 2 months for my order from Montessori Outlet to ship. They kept saying FedEx was the problem, but I called FedEx and they said they pick up from Montessori Outlet every day with no issues. So Montessori Outlet is just straight up lying to us customers. Their address is 1926 West Holt Avenue, Pomona, California XXXXX, United States.

Montessori Outlet has been a life saver for me this past year. I needed stuff to keep my kids busy and learning, and they had it all. Even though shipping took a bit longer than expected, they told me what was going on and when I could expect my stuff. I got it a few days after they said I would. I'm gonna buy more stuff from them soon because their stuff is good quality and has lasted a long time.

I order from Montessori Outlet 25 days ago and still haven't heard anything about my order. I've tried to contact them a bunch of times to see what's going on, but no one has gotten back to me. I paid for my order already, so I don't know why they're not telling me where it is or when it's going to get here. They said they would check on it and let me know, but they never did. I've sent a bunch of emails and still haven't gotten any response. We got something from them before and it was fine, but this time it's been really bad. I don't think I'll order from them again.

This is gonna be the last time our preschool orders from Montessori Outlet. Their customer service is not good. I ordered almost 2 months ago and every time I call, they say the same thing about using Fed Ex. When I called the fourth time to ask about our order, I asked to talk to a Manager or supervisor, but they said no one was available. They didn't explain anything or apologize for why we haven't gotten our order. We've ordered from Europe and Canada and got our stuff in a few days. Montessori Outlet can't get their stuff shipped to the Midwest from California! Communication is important! If a company can't ship stuff right, they shouldn't be taking orders.

I'm so mad at this company! They don't tell me anything and I'm still waiting for stuff I ordered in December! It's March now! The people on the phone don't know what they're talking about and they said they'd send me emails but they never did. I got some of my stuff but I don't know what's coming or what's not. They didn't give me my money back for stuff they didn't have either. And they didn't change the shipping charges even though they changed my order. The website is wrong too. When I ask for a boss, they say they're only there once a week. And it takes them forever to answer emails. I like their stuff but I'm never buying from them again.

I dunno how many stars to give this company. The stuff they sell is really good quality and cheap, but the people who work there are kinda bad at their job. I bought some stuff on December 9 and I still ain't got everything yet. I know Covid is making things slow, but I called a bunch of times to check on my order and they keep saying it's coming soon. They even sent me some stuff twice and forgot some other stuff. Today I called again to ask about the last three things I'm waiting for and the lady on the phone was mad and so was I. But then she said I was wrong about what I said before and that I already got one of the things I was waiting for. That made me really mad. It's one thing to be slow because of Covid, but it's another thing to not know what's going on with your own stuff. They don't keep good records and the people on the phone just say the same thing over and over without really knowing if it's true. But even though all that happened, I'm still gonna buy from them again. The stuff is too good and too cheap to pass up. I just know I can't get anything I need for at least six months.

Montessori Outlet has been a blessing through the COVID-19 crisis. I am a 4th grade teacher and my students and parents needed supplies to finish the school year. The activities and learning tools that Montessori Outlet offer have helped tremendously. The shipping time was excellent even with the delays carriers are experiencing. Very professional and resourceful!

After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to place an order but they are the only ones I could find with the cylinder blocks I've been looking for. I placed an order and received my order confirmation but was curious how long shipping would take before it was shipped. I emailed customer service and they told me that there would be a delay. I received the products not much longer which I was kinda surprised and I'm glad I purchased from them. With everything going on, I appreciate their customer service for being honest about the shipping delays so I knew what to expect.

Do not buy from this company, no regard whatsoever into inventory management and plain costumer service. I ordered about $1000 worth of montessori equipment about 2 months ago.

Not only they failed to fullfil my order they also canceled my backordered items even when I have emails instructing them to ship those items to me.

They relly heavily on items imported from China. When I complained the lady I spoke with laughed as I told her I was putting a review in the ComplaintsBoard.com website.

Disrespectful and incompetent, this is a company with no integrity. Take your money elsewhere.

We placed a $3K order for the "Essential Package" nearly two months ago. After several emails and phone calls, I was told it was shipping at the end of the week and received a tracking number. We were relieved to finally be receiving our package. However, less than half of the materials ordered were delivered. Montessori Outlet gave us no indication that only a partial order was arriving. I was forced to call them yet again. Despite the misleading "in stock" designation shown on their website, I was told the items were not actually in stock and that they were waiting on a shipping container. I was told the container would arrive later that week and the rest of the items would ship. And here we are, two weeks from that conversation. No follow up email or shipping notice. I call again and it's the same story, they're still waiting on the container. TL;DR - don't order from this company if you're hoping to receive your order in timely fashion and expect honest customer service.

This was my first time using Montessori Outlet as a home educator. I placed two orders on 9/9 and 9/17. At the time their COVID disclaimer stated that they were back to normal operating procedures. All items that I purchased were supposedly "in stock" according to the website. I easily could have purchased the same items on Amazon and received them the next day but I like to try and support smaller businesses when I can. I NEVER received any emails from the company stating that my shipments would be delayed but 3-4 weeks later when I called they stated that all my items were back ordered and I would receive them when the shipment came in the following week. The customer service agent was incredibly rude to me and at one point laughed at me and told me they give priority to "real teachers" and I had to wait until all their orders were filled. I then proceeded to call weekly (it is now 11/7 and I still haven't received my orders!) and each week I am told a different story (ie) The cargo is stuck in customs, we haven't received the crate, we have the crate but we are still sorting through it. And every time the customer service agents are incredibly rude to me. I talked to another agent on 11/6 that claimed that half of my items were going to be shipped out next week but others are now back ordered until the end of November/beginning of December! I asked for a refund and I WILL NOT be using this company again. They listed false information on their website that the items were in stock, continued to mislead me and string me along that my items would be shipping soon and never sent me ANY updates or info even though they claimed that they had.

I ordered from Montessori Outlet on March 29, 2022. Some stuff was out of stock, so I waited for the rest of my order to come on April 9, 2022. But it's September now, and I still haven't heard back from them about the rest of my order. The stuff is supposed to be in stock on their website, so I want either the rest of my order or a refund.

I order from Montessori Outlet on Nov 7th, but I'm still waiting for most of my stuff. The website didn't say that most of their things were sold out, so I was surprised when I got my order a few days later with only a few things that I can't even use without the missing pieces. I called a bunch of times, and they always have a new reason why my order hasn't come yet. I've been patient, but it's been 2 months now. The website is tricky. I want all my money back for my order. I ordered from 3 other Montessori websites, and this is the only one that didn't finish my order. I also never got an email saying they got my order. I had to call to check.

I had a bad experience with Montessori Outlet. They didn't follow the rules for shipping orders and didn't cancel my order when I asked them to. Their customer service was terrible and the materials were poor quality. I ordered 22 items for $406.77 on July 31 and my credit card was charged that day. I emailed them on August 22 to ask about the shipping status of my order and they didn't respond until August 25. They apologized and said my order should ship by Thursday, but it didn't. I emailed them again on September 1 to cancel my order and get a refund, but they said it had already shipped. When I received the order on September 3, 19 of the 22 items arrived and 7 of them were poor quality or not as pictured on the website. I called customer service on September 29 to cancel the 3 items that still hadn't shipped and to request RMA#s for the items needing replacement pieces or to be exchanged or returned for a refund. The woman I spoke to didn't transfer me to billing and I had to email them instead. I emailed them on September 29 with photos and production codes for the items needing replacement pieces or to be exchanged or returned for a refund. I emailed them again on September 29 to cancel the 3 unshipped items, but there has been no response from the company and my online account hasn't been updated.
