I was having trouble signing my son up for his fundraiser. I emailed the support team and Jessica had my issue resolved within minutes. Not only that, but this app makes fundraising easy!

We used this app for our tram fundraiser. We have done the same fundraiser every year and this year was the BEST ever! We are so grateful for this, especially with living in a postCOVID year.

Such an incredible app. It made fundraising simple and efficient. I recommend this app and approach to fundraising to every coach who wants to focus on coaching, but still needs money to run a program.

A quick and easy way of managing a fundraiser. Never liked participating in fundraisers back in the day due to the hassle, but this app has made it super easy for my kids to raise and keep track of money.

I had an issue with not being able to apply my gift card to my account and I sent an email asking for help. Very quickly I received an email back, handling my issue and resolving it completely! I am unbelievably thankful and very impressed! I

Either it was the user or the way we created our account. Once I created the account there was no way to sponsor myself without using another phone to open my donation page. The app just kept pointing back to the qr code, not the donation page.

MoneyDolly simplifies the whole fundraising process. It’s easy and straightforward for anyone who owns a phone. I love the home ship option because that means no more sorting through boxes and matching items with orders. I highly recommend it.

We bought multiple cards to support a fundraiser. They didn’t work for any of the vendors. When you go to redeem a coupon, it just shows a countdown timer. Nothing to scan for the business. Most of the vendors had no clue about the fundraiser

I accidentally placed an order with my old address applied to the order.
MoneyDolly quickly responded to my request to change the address, and the info was updated immediately.

I purchased a MoneyDolly “card” to support a local football team. My iPhone auto populated the wrong phone number in the account. Over a weekend, Jessica from customer service was able to appropriately populate the right phone and activate my card. This quality of customer service for this sort of a product was absolutely shocking and amazing.

We are new to MOLLY DOLLY. Grandson’s high school football team is using the program for fundraising. We had a steep learning curve (self induced) and made some errors in setting up our school account. Fortunately, Jessica rode to the rescue in record time. She was very patient and professional in walking us through our mistakes and getting our account up and running.

Very impressed with the speedy response and high quality assistance.

After loading around 30 of my phone contacts, the fundraiser was opened. A very generic and confusing text was sent to the contacts in which it claimed to be directly from me. Over the course of the day I had four of the contacts reach out to me directly. They all said they believed the text was part of some kind of scam. One said they would just Venmo a donation to me instead of paying a 20% fee. I am very disappointed in the coach trying to organize a fundraiser with this app, when there are better apps available.

Great fundraiser app but it sells your information

It’s a pretty small app. It’s glitchy I don’t recommend.

This app keeps trying to download on to my phone. Soooo. Yeah

I purchased support for CMR basketball but when I try to open money dolly I just get a picture of a girl and a white spinning circle?

Easy to download and get the digital card, but the issue is with transferring it. I transferred the card and now neither of us can access it or use it.

Already had to delete app once and re-add it bc it stopped working & now here I am & the thing just sits and spins endlessly. Will not ever purchase again! FIX YOUR CRAPPY APP!
