Moimoi review: Cancellation issues

Very terrible service!
After cancelling with them for months and every month receiving a mail saying that month would be the last. They deducted two payments this month and still my membership is not cancelled.
Received a call stating I owed them one month membership from April, that is why I could not cancel.
their terms state: "If you wish to cancel your membership, we require written notice of 20 working days prior to the intended date of cancellation, and is subject to a cancellation fee"
So if I cancelled in April and did not make payment April but was debited in May, June, July and twice in September. Surely that covers April months payment.
Whoever reads this does not join with them!
