Nursing staff and how dirty and poor treatment
My husband was first in ICU 9/5/2023 staff there wonderful but hospital still very dirty. My husband is terminal once stable moved it 6th floor oncology ward staff there very rude and my husband had a accident in bed took 45 minutes to get some one to help and then they left poop on footboard of bed. When I advised them they were so rude it was awful , it's hard enough for him then to be treated that way was awful. Once discharge provided no resources for help. I have never seen a hospital so dirty and nothing works correctly . Air broke call button broke staff rude and not know what to do one nurse tried to use a cup to put meds in feeding tube

I went to St. Luke's Campus for my yearly lady check-up 'bout a year ago. My insurance was supposed to cover everything, but the doc added a code that ain't covered. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance and MVHS (billing office, nurse, and manager) but they won't fix the code. Now I gotta pay for something that shoulda been covered. Not cool.
