What a delight to spend in this store! Theresa is a force to be reconned with, carting furniture around to help me envision combinations and making lots of suggestions! I love the quality of the Canadian made furniture and was offered an awesome deal to boot! The next day Wendy helped me to change the pillows to ones more conducive to my colour scheme. As well the following day they phoned to tell me they found another pillow to match the new pillows I choose. They arranged delivery and removal of the old furniture for the very next day which was awesome! It was a very fun, personable and efficient experience! All in a day I had a new new living room! We live in Victoria and purchased our Iron Man split King bed six years ago and have been dealing with M & N Mattress and Furniture ever since. All the staff bend over backwards to help us and follow-up on the sales. The best business is repeat and referral and we do both, recommending M & N to all of our friends and family. You will not get better service anywhere and they stand behind their product all the way. An amazing business with great staff that service you long past the sale. From the moment we entered the M and M store we were impressed with the welcome we received from Sukh the salesman, he was knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions about the product we were considering purchasing. There was no sense of impatience with us as we pondered over wether or not to make a purchase. At no time was there any pressure to make a purchase. The beds were delivered a week after buying them by two delightful young men who were polite, and efficient in setting up the beds for us. This is the second time we have done business from M&M. Great service. Have dealt with them in the past, but for mattresses - first time looking for living room furniture After a recent, very bad experience with a long established, large store, (when our long awaited ordered arrived, only to find chair broken and love seat poorly made) we returned the order which once again left us with very limited furniture in our living room (which had been this way for six weeks)! We discovered that M&N in Parksville sold sofas! Went in there to check it out,, and half hour later were the proud owners of matching loveseat and chair, which was delivered that very afternoon. Thank you Kevin for guiding us to the correct entrance, and also to Theresa for her salesmanship.

After just about 10 years we figured a new mattress was coming. We prefer to support our local merchants so popped into M&M in Parksville. Of course we checked with Dr. Google first. One of us used to be a football and rugby player (not her). Still have the bulk but not the physique. Google said "for your size better get a firm mattress." Welcome to M&N and a whole new vocabulary about how a mattress feels. Sukh is the sommelier of mattresses, and he takes the time to help you understand the differences and find what is best for you. Not pushy but really helpful. We have been having great sleeps thanks. No not 'firm' but do we ever enjoy the "full support" no matter what position we sleep in. Thanks a bunch folks.

M&N Mattress was fantastic from the first time we walked into the store. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating. We were getting a Reno done and we were looking into Cabinet Beds (Their selection that they carry is fantastic quality and design). We purchased one and they stored it for us until the Reno was complete! They went over and above in helping us out. The Cabinet bed arrived and was delivered by them. The delivery men who also worked for M&N set everything up, showed us how to do it and took all of the packing material when they left. All around rating 10/10 for everything. Driving by their business you would not know that this is one of the “best gems" there is. Check them out for quality, price and delivery.

My wife and purchased a bed a few years ago and have now just purchased the Transformer sofa bed which is truly amazing. The staff from the moment we walked in were very professional and so easy to deal with. He knew his products and after talking with us was able to point out pros and cons of what are needs were. He suggested the sofa bed opposed to the cabinet bed which we originally when in to see. In the end we got the best product by listening to our salesman. The delivery was scheduled and on time with two very courteous and knowledgeable young men who brought the sofa bed in set it up showed us how it worked. They cleaned up all the packing, took it away in a very timely and professional manner. Kudos to M&N for their trained staff and delivery team. Guy and Kathy

The gal that served us was great - funny and very good in giving us discounts. My nephew had purchased chesterfields from you guys for their place near French Creek - between Parksville and Qualicum Beach. A beautiful home on the water. I was so impressed with their furniture that I wanted to see what else they had - I wanted to see the items before purchasing anything. I looked on line and saw lots of great looking stuff - but you had to purchase it on line and couldn't see the product. Plus I love purchasing stuff locally. The guys who brought the furniture here were so nice and helpful. Getting the chesterfield into the house was a challenge because it is large. But they perservered and got it in with no damage to the items. Plus the items were delivered for a fair price.

This was our first experience with the team at M&N and it was great. Mark is very knowledgeable and has solid data to back up his statements - which is quite different from many other "salesmen". We are very careful about major purchase decisions and after visiting three other mattress suppliers we ended up back at M&N. The delivery was completed on time, as promised, and was handled very efficiently and politely by their delivery team. We wanted to donate the mattress that was being replaced to one of the Ukrainian refugee families and they even agreed to put it in their warehouse for delivery when it was needed, since they are also big supporters of aid for the refugee families. We made a very good purchase decision and we are very pleased with the results. Would strongly recommend the M&N team to anyone looking for a mattress or furniture. Well done! Thank You so much. I purchased my new gen mattress almost a year ago. I was having trouble sleeping and was experiencing hip pain despite the fact that I had purchased the softest level - plush. I went back to see Mark to see what he could suggest. He reminded me that my mattress came with a 400 night comfort guarantee, and if it was not working for me, he would do whatever was required to ensure my comfort. He ordered a new mattress for me (a custom order outside of the usual softness level) and promised that if the new mattress didn't solve the problem, he would try a different level of softness again. While I had less discomfort with the new mattress, I was still having some hip pain on one side. True to his word, he has now offered another solution and has put in another order for me. Needless to say, I am blown away by the level of customer service M & N mattress provides. I will never purchase a mattress anywhere else and will recommend their store to everyone I know.

Over the past 3 years, the good people at M&N Mattress & Sofa, Parksville, namely, Mark, Sukh and Theresa (along with Kevin and his crew who have handled their deliveries in a timely, safe and courteous manner) have superbly looked after my household furnishing needs. All of these fine professionals went the extra mile to ensure that I received the most suitable and comfortable furniture in my price range. I'm very happy with my adjustable Primo bed base and Restwell foam mattress (March ), my 5-piece Mako bedroom suite (May ), and my Palliser 3-motor power reclining chair and love seat (May 2022). The standard of their service and ethics is excellent and the quality of their products is solid and second to none. I highly recommend their furniture store for anyone looking for the best products and quality, as well as friendly, flexible professionals to ensure that your needs and comfort are met by helping you find exactly what's right for you. After a couple of months of serious "trials and tribulations" in researching and trying to get the "right" mattress and adjustable bed frame I turned to Mark at M&N Mattress & Furniture for help. Mark spent several hours with me, listening to my woes (LOL) and helping me select the best possible option for our new mattress and adjustable bed frame. I needed it fairly quickly as I had run out of time as we had a guest with some medical challenges arriving shortly. This person needed a really good bed. Mark had his team deliver and set up a great "loaner" bed, and the frame I purchased, in time for my guest and then delivered my new Radiance 4.0 mattress as soon as it was ready from the manufacturer. Both the loaner and the Radiance 4.0 have proven to be extremely comfortable. Mark went above and beyond in providing me with an excellent product and price. His delivery team (Clayton and...sorry...I have forgotten the other gentleman's name) were delightful to deal with...such professionals. My sincere thanks to you, Mark, and your team at M&N!

Supporting a local PK business made total sense when I decided on a new mattress. M&N Mattress & Furniture is a community prize winner and has an excellent reputation when talking to other people. After a discussion with Sukh regarding my sleeping habits, he explained a number of mattress possibilities along with the nature of the mattress construction. Within a short period of time, a decision was made and the choice has proven to be right on the mark with much improved sleep over the past three weeks. Another suggestion from Sukh was a possible change in pillow construction. As a dedicated feather pillow user over many decades I was hesitant but decided to give it a go. A low rise latex pillow was suggested. Since first use, the feather pillow has been relegated to a drawer. After the sale was completed, Natasha took over for all after service items. All notifications and calls came in a timely fashion. Two young gentlemen arrive as expected and move mattresses around in a timely fashion. These young men were cordial and efficient. All in all a 5 Star effort by the staff of M&N Mattress & Furniture.

Our experience with M & N Mattress has been outstanding! Our first purchase of a bed and two mattresses, along with four pillows was very positive. We received an extensive amount of information about the bed, its function, and all the advantages to your health with a rejuvenating sleep. When we experienced the bed mechanisms running more loudly than usual Mark was more than willing to replace the bed. He did this without hesitation trying very hard to make sure we were very satisfied customers. After meeting with him at the store and gaining additional information, we upgraded the bed and mattress to better accommodate our health and wellness needs. In addition, he went out of his way to have the bed delivered as quickly as possible. When the bed was delivered the delivery personnel were friendly and helpful. We truly appreciate Mark for his outstanding service with us. M & N's commitment to satisfied customers is without question the best we have ever encountered. We have recommended M & N to our friends and we would highly recommend this outstanding company to anyone shopping for a bed, mattresses and pillows.

We bought a mattress from M&N recently and sadly were not happy with the comfort. The mattress we tried in store of same model was a lot softer than the one that was delivered to us. It was supposed to be a 3 inch latex top but ours really felt like it was only a 2 inch top, that could have just been because it was a new bed so not yet broken in. We understand that floor models tend to feel a bit different as they have been broken in when compared to a new mattress as well, however the difference was so significant we felt it wasn't the mattress for us. To give you a bit of a back story, I have chronic pain from a severe back injury which includes herniated discs and osteoarthritis with disc extrusion and retrolisthesis, fibromyalgia, digestive disorders, and subdeltoid bursitis with osteoarthritis. I am also plus-sized. The mattress we bought unfortunately felt like our old mattress but with a topper on it. Needless to say we contacted them and let them know we were not happy and gave our reasoning. We came into store and tried the floor model of the one we bought and it felt nothing like the one at home. Our salesperson then mentioned they had a comfort exchange on one of their Ironman beds - Initially we tried this bed in store and fell absolutely in love with it, but it was out of our price range, especially as newlyweds. So when he mentioned that they had a return on an Ironman and that there was nothing wrong with it, the person just wanted a different mattress of same type, we asked him to consider us and he said he would get back to us. We touched base again after 2 days and were able to work out a deal where we paid an extra $2000 plus tax for the Ironman mattress in addition to exchanging ours which we paid $3000 for. They were able to deliver the Ironman the same day and take away the mattress we didn't like. This was yesterday - and last night we had the best sleep of our lives. For the first time in 15 years I woke up with almost no back pain or severe stiffness. I am not saying every night will be like last night, but my hope is that even if this mattress can cut my pain levels by half and help me to have a deeper, more restful sleep, I'll be forever grateful. Another neat benefit is that the bed is already broken in because it was a comfort exchange, which for someone like me who has so much pain, it's nice to get a bed that is going to feel the same way indefinitely. Thank you M&N for finding a way to get us the exact bed we wanted, despite us having to go a bit above our price range it has been worth it and we are forever grateful.
