Julio the driver did not transport my car on time . I received my car with all types of stretches like it had been in a cat fight! I’m angry ?,pissed, and want a refund immediately! This is my first brand new car! I’m reaching out to the insurance company! I give this company a zero. Not on time delivery!? I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I strongly recommend this company and a special thanks to Mr Dave that was helping me . Very patient very poliet very helpful .. Always follow back with me .. He found me the best price in the market. His service was very fast . it took me only 5 days to get my car shipped from california to east coast .. Anyway this is the company if you are looking to ship your car or furniture and ask to work with Dave .

I have been working with Mr. on few vehicles. Mr. has not done a good job but a excellent job on transporting all my Vehicles to the locations with the conditions they should be delivered. The vehicles arrive in a timely matter and all the drivers that Mr. provided us were excellent drivers. I cannot say how thankful I am to meet Mr. and helping my company M&M Diamond cars LLC to transport our cars from almost 20 states thank you Mr. you are very appreciate at M&M Diamond Cars LLC.

Christian was very helpful with the whole process and keeping us updated. This was the first time we had to ship a car but he walked us through the steps and we were successfully able to get it shipped! The car was in an accident and the condition was to the point where it was not able to be loaded on the flat bed. But he went out of his way to contact the possible drivers that would be transporting our vehicle to make sure that we were able to ship it. In addition, the whole process literally took just 1 day! Quick service and great customer support!

Agent Nelson S. in Miami from M&M Freight and Logistics was very helpful and understanding as I had to reschedule MY final move details 4 times in a month (my fault, not M&M's). When I finally had a firm moving date, Mr. S. scheduled the pick up time for the car within 48 hours. The driver for Ray Towing & Services kept me informed as to exact pick up time and also a status update during the 200 mile trip. I was so satisfied with the driver's pick up and delivery that I tipped him. I recommend M&M Freight and Logistics and Ray Towing & Services without reservation.

I highly recommend M&M to broker the transport of your vehicle. I was pleased with the exceptional service. Tony Molina worked very hard to make sure I was fully satisfied. I looked at numerous companies and found that most of their competitors had very bad reviews and very low ComplaintsBoard.com ratings. This includes companies that were far cheaper and far more expensive on their quote. There are many nightmare stories out there, so don’t underestimate the importance of good reviews. I’m very pleased with both the price, speed, and quality provided by M&M and I unreservedly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THEM! Scheduled a pick up for 1/20, and kept getting told "we'll call you with a time" Didn't hear from them. Finally got through to them on the 20th, and was told that they couldn't find a driver that was willing to drive to Seattle to drop my car off. Postponed it a day. Called them today and they asked me to rearrange my plans one more day, but the driver they found wanted more money. NO! IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR MOVED ON TIME, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I flew across the country to get my car moved, and now flying home without having accomplished anything. ***.

I contracted with M&M and they subcontracted with Riggs Road Transport to deliver my 1999 Mercedes Sl 500 from California to Texas. After spending $4,300. exclusive of shipping charges bringing it up to pristine condition Riggs delivered the. car in the dark, road dust covered the Sl and to make matters worse it was raining. Two days later I had the car hand washed and. noticed the minor damage I was assured that the car had no damage and therefore paid. the Riggs Road driver After various phone calls all I have received was a run around. Stay far away from these two companies especially Riggs Road Transport who are irresponsible.

I had a difficult task for ***, he came in after there was a personal family issue with my other rep that he had to attend to, that happens but *** came in and did a great job. He was communicative and stayed on the project for a vehicle well over the "regular" automobile size. He found the right trailer to haul a family heirloom home, safe, no damage, and at a VERY reasonable price.

This project took a bit because of the size, but I knew it would take a bit and they got it done. I'm very impressed with the customer service and follow-through, well done.

The best part is, they never once BAD-MOUTHED ANOTHER CARRIER or broker, only focused on their skills. Something the rest of the industry could learn from...

I signed a contract with M&M to transport my car on June 5th. I phoned them on the 4th to get details for the pick-up and was told the driver would get back to me that evening or the next morning. By late morning of the 5th, I called to be told they were looking for a driver for my car and would call in a half hour. I called back later than that and was told they were still looking. They did not have a driver and apparently weren't going to let me know. Simon *** was my contact person and his supervisor didn't help me any more than Simon. I was stuck and could not leave Florida when planned as there was no transport for my car. The supervisor told me that if I was willing to pay more, they probably could find someone. Bait and switch?

Great service from M & M Freight & Logistics,LLC. Mid May/21, I was looking for an auto shipper to get my 4Runner from Virginia to California. So many companies gave quotes but didn't produce a driver & then changed their prices for shipping. "Peter", an employee, called from time to time(2 week period) to check status but never pushy or saying what M & M could do. Finally, on June 2, he called & said he had found someone to pick up the 4Runner the very next day, June 3. Of course it was hard to believe but it happened the very next day! The pick up was great and they had the 4Runner delivered in. 5 days! I think the coordination between "Peter" at M&M, myself & driver were on point & made the transport a total success. If i need to ship a vehicle again M & M Freight & Logistics,LLC will be my choice.

This is a very unprofessional, bait and switch company. BEWARE! I made arrangements on the 4th of May to have a vehicle moved from Phoenix to the coast of California on May 24th. They gave me a reasonable quote, so I agreed to go with them. The representative named *** said he would be in contact a couple of days before with details. As time got closer, I had no contact with them. I called and he had no driver as promised. He then said he was trying to arrange on at that moment. The scheduled pickup date came and still nothing. I called again. He said he was still trying to find a driver. About an hour later he called and said he had a driver but the price went up by $200. I then got him to admit he dropped the ball on me and was scrambling at the last minute. They are nothing but dispatchers! Using other drivers. In the end the driver was good, but wasn't an employee of this company. AVOID M&M and use youship.

Not such a good experience with this company. I was speaking with one of their car transportation agents who is well known all over by many with over 10 years of experience and knows almost all of the drivers in the industry. At first, it was very pleasant speaking with M & M Freight logistics in arranging a delivery pick-up for my vehicle. However, something occurred with one of the drivers and the delivery date was moved to a time not agreeable with my schedule. I had already paid a deposit of $75.00 was was told per this car transportation agent that I would be refunded by the billing dept. who she would inform on tomorrow but there was not DEPT when she took my money. I have had a difficult time locating a driver because she still has my name on the board and no refund of course. My first and last time using this company or referring them to anyone. In addition, another transportation agent called and HUNG up in my face because I would not rearrange my delivery dates. (m & m transport).

I had a very bad experience. They abused my dad and my mom. I am disappointed by this business.

They didn't do what they said they would. We signed a contract and they said they would pick up the vehicle on Friday. We asked them multiple times and they kept saying they would. But then they went back on their word and said they never promised. When we showed them proof, they told us to call the owner and gave us fake phone numbers to reach out.

I got charged twice for my shipping costs. On November 3, I made an agreement to ship my vehicle and had to provide a deposit. I gave my credit card information, but they ended up charging me double for the deposit. The representatives acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be fixed within 48 hours. However, it's now the 23rd and they are still in the process of refunding me. I received an email stating that it would take another week, but I still haven't received my refund. I feel like they scammed me with the deposit to squeeze more money out of me. It's really disappointing that a company would take advantage of a military member like this.

M&M's employee took my money for a service that wasn't done. They took a $75 deposit from me to pick up a vehicle from IAA auction to Port St Lucie. The vehicle was supposed to leave the auction on 4/6/22, or else I would be charged a late fee. *** waited until after I paid the $75 that would go to his company to tell me that the driver couldn't pick up the vehicle until the next day. Because of that, I paid a $40 late storage fee and I hired another dispatcher to whom I paid $150. M&M should give me back my $75 and the $40 late storage fee that I had to pay because of M&M.

On June 21, I hired M&M Freight and Logistics to move my 2006 Dodge Ram from Perry, Ga to Houston, Texas. On June 22, ARC Trucking Company picked up my vehicle in Perry, Ga. Both parties inspected the truck and everything seemed fine. The condition of the vehicle was noted on the Bill of Lading. On June 24, the vehicle was delivered to Houston, Texas. The driver knocked on the door and gave me the keys without doing a final inspection. When I asked about it, the driver couldn't communicate well due to a language barrier (he spoke Spanish). He didn't even try to inspect the vehicle or let me inspect it before leaving. He insisted that I sign for the vehicle and rushed off quickly. The whole thing was caught on my neighbor's security camera, showing how abruptly the driver left. That's when I noticed the damages. I immediately contacted M&M Freight and Logistics about the damages. On June 24, I spoke to my sales associate, Mr. Andy Martinez. The next day, I spoke to the owner, Mr. Phillip ***, who said he would talk to the driver and try to settle the dispute before involving the insurance company. I also called the driver's insurance company and found out that no claim had been filed. I called Mr. again with the insurance agent on the line. He seemed a bit annoyed that I didn't wait for him to handle the issue. I explained that I didn't want the problem to be ignored. However, I haven't heard anything about the repairs to my vehicle yet. The damages include the top of the cabin, windshield, tailgate, and the passenger *** XXXXXX-TY.
