Include information that includes days and times for faster resolution...ARE YOU A JOKING! It happens all day everyday. If you are not from the Middle East or SA you are going to lose. It's that simple. October and So far November I have dropped from a legit 55.7% win percent to a 55%. I have played over 10910 games, so that means I have to lose a TON of games to drop that far. Win streaks LMFAO right they don't happen, every time I happen to make it to 3 wins in a row, somehow someone from India, Indonesia, Pakistan comes in and demolishes me like WTF it's getting very predictable. When it comes to your Win Streak tournaments, I am guaranteed to lose my first 6-9 games, I will win 1 or 2 then go on another losing streak cost me hundreds of cash to continue. Players that have Youtube channels that stream there games somehow manage to have 65% or higher win percentages and sell the coins they make. I played someone with a 95% win chance, like seriously that isn't even possible without cheating! You guys are crooks.

I am playing 8 ball for a years. Last 6-7 months this not a game anymore. There are at least 1/3 cheaters using an app and making this game stupid. Miniclip doesn’t do anything about this issue. I reported a hundreds of these cheaters and nothing happened. I would just recommend anybody who likes to play this game to leave and spend a time on something else. Miniclip is a part of this , unfortunately. This is unprofessional approach to the fair game. JUST LEAVE

This game use to be fun until y'all decided to charge for playing in order to get ahead. It is a GAME. Stop with the stupid crap of letting people get ahead because they are willing to play to beat instead of earning their rank. Y'all have taken all the enjoyment of playing. If it doesn't get changed then guess those of us honest will have to stop playing

I have been playing this game for close to 3 years I have leveled up and made progress however it has costed me thousands of dollars to continue to play this game which is nothing but a rip off just look at the reviews they constantly cheat they use box in the game to make impossible shots if you watch closely enough you can actually see the ball slip into the pocket defying gravity I want something done this company should be shut down and I want some of my money back if not all of it everyone should band together and stop playing this crappy rip-off game!

Now my account is not the same. It's a new account. Not the account I spent thousands of dollars on. I want my Ultimate Golf account restored. Well this appears to be to short of a complaint. So let me add. I'm a Veteran and I spend way to much on this game. But it is one of my coping mechanisms. It helps me to chill. But as well it has been a pain in the [censored] with glitches and updates. Customer service sucks. I've lost hundreds in paid for balls pins and such do to glitches. But that said. I have been a loyal customer still. Can you be loyal to such a customer?

Glitches all over the game. Been a clean player. Yes I did have an incident back a few years and I was flagged. But waking up to accounts banned and no reason? Game been glitchy this entire month of October 2022 now thousands of players are banned with no answers and looking at the league boards you clearly see 85% hackers with small accounts and huge amounts of earnings. That is not right.

This game is getting ridiculous. It use to be fun. Yall have turned the word game into a joke. Those of us who are playing for fun has no chance against people who are paying to get ahead. Some of us know what it means to deserve our ranks. But those that are paying yalk to get ahead is a cheat situation for the rest of us. Really miniclip. Yalk are crooked as heck. Need to find us one that doesn't let payers get ahead of us honest people who can afford to pay, nor considers a game something we should pay for. KEY WORD GAME!

When I try to log on and play 8 ball pool I am told to solve a puzzle to prove that I am a human. After doing that, I am directed to another puzzle. After solving that, I expect to be logged on to the game. That never happens. It just goes into a permanent pause situation. Very annoying that I cannot play pool. This situation started about a week ago and will not go away.

I have had many problems with losing my turn when I shouldn'thave. for example, I wa ssolids and i hit a solid ball and then I lose my turn and get a message saying "you need to hit a solid ball" . I did! I should not have lost my turn. this has happened several time. also I seem to lose alot and that is not normal. some of my shots that I take should go in but the ball turns or gets spit out of the hole...i mean come on., i am quitting your game.

This game used to be fun, but evidently some people have hacked it and are cheating. It’s obvious by the outrageous bank shots etc. It’s even more obvious because they are almost always in the top three spots of their league. Like I said, this game used to be fun, but some people are ruining it and miniclip evidently does nothing about it. A quick internet search will give you so many results of people complaining about this issue. I will be deleting this game and moving on because of this ongoing issue.

I play game whole day in Venus but sometime they count my winning but sometime they didn’t I want to resolve my issue as soon as possible today I was playing in Berlin till morning but my winning was counting then I played venus and I won 7games and 3 of them never counted and whole day I gone mad I request u to plz resolve my problem I will be very thankful to u

Playing Niklas in Cairo 500k game

I was stripes and down to two balls.

Hit the 14 ball clean in side pocket and he had no balls anywhere near the 14 ball.

The comment said I hit his ball first and gave Niklas ball in hand. He went in to win the game and I was ripped off for 250,000 coins?

This was the 3rd time something like this has happened, with a loss of 2 million coins. Has the code been hacked and some individuals are stealing from me? or does the game have glitches causing these errors?

I won a 200k 8 ball pool match, I hit the last black ball in and then it said connection is low and then the black ball came back to were it was before I hit it in and then gave my turn to my opponent even tho I won the game. I had 4.4 billion coins and they took all the coins on my first warning because my son was playing with his friend for fun i need my coins back.

This game deleted my guest account for my son that was playing on it and restarted it back to beginner. Later that same day I played a game for 4 million and it didn't pay me for winning and instead took the 4 million away. If I don't get some kind of an answer as to why this is occurring I will certainly uninstall this game and never Play it again.

why do you take my coins when I win? that is an unfair game doing that. I expect to get my coins back. Plus all the bullying that goes on with the players very unfair.
