So I decided to give Military Republic a try and ordered a 3xl t-shirt, which is my size. However, when I received the shirt, I was surprised to find that it looked like it was maybe a medium at best. I double-checked the tag and it did say 3xl, but there was no way it could fit me. I immediately emailed them asking for help with an exchange, but the response I received was nothing but pure BS. I just wanted what I had ordered, nothing more or less.

Honestly, this experience left me feeling pretty disappointed and frustrated. It's obvious that Military Republic doesn't take their customers' satisfaction seriously, which is a major letdown. As someone who values quality clothing and good customer service, it's safe to say that I won't be returning to this store anytime soon. If you're looking for a place to shop that truly cares about its customers, then I suggest you look elsewhere.

Bought a hat from Military Republic and it was shipped to me in no time. The folks at the site were quick in their communication and I had no issues with that. However, the hat I received was bigger than I expected it to be, almost like something out of a cartoon. The quality of the construction wasn't that great either. I'm sort of bummed that I didn't do better research, 'cause I saw that I could have gotten a similar hat on Amazon for less. But hey, what's done is done.

I recently made a purchase on militaryrepublic.com and unfortunately, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. It's been a while since I placed my order and I am starting to feel a bit frustrated. I will say that the company is good about responding to my inquiries, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I am still waiting while they have already taken my money.

I really hope my order arrives soon because I don't think I will be ordering from this site again if this is how their service operates. It's disappointing, really, because I was looking forward to receiving my items. All I can really do now is wait and hope for the best.

Despite my negative experience so far, I will add that their website was easy to navigate and their selection of military-related items was impressive. It's just a shame that my shopping experience didn't go as planned. I just want my money back at this point.

Military Republic ain't easy to talk with when somethin' ain't right with your order. I had trouble with a return 'cause they didn't include the label like they're supposed to. I ended up payin' a good chunk of change, $14, to send it back and to top it off, they gonna hit me with a restockin' fee of 15%. It ain't a good look, but maybe they'll fix it for the next time.

I don't think these guys really care about customer satisfaction. I decided to cancel my order and I am still waiting for my refund. No updates, no nothing. So, I just gotta say, I was pretty stoked to finally order my dad a US Navy Genuine Leather Jacket from Military Republic. I was ready for him to be lookin' sharp and stylin' in this thing. So, I was lookin' for some flags to decorate my place with the love I have for the military, bro, and came across Military Republic. Let me tell ya, I ain't gonna be orderin' nothin' from them again! I ordered a couple of flags, excited to get my hands on 'em, ya know? But they ain't give me no updates on fulfillin' that order for weeks. I waited more weeks, thinkin' maybe it takes a while, but nah, nothin' still. So, I asked them for tracking information, and they said they'd give it to me the next day. I waited two weeks more, and still nothin'! I'm thinkin' this is ridiculous, man, so I cancelled my order and ordered my flags from a different, more reputable site. And you won't believe it, but they shipped the flags anyway, and told me to send 'em back if I didn't want 'em! What the hell, man? I did send 'em back, but they kept my money! That ain't right. So, I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere, and save yourself the headache and the money, seriously.

I recently ordered a leather jacket from Military Republic with a NAVY patch on the back. I ended up paying over $200 for it, which is a significant amount for me. Unfortunately, it took quite a long time for me to receive it in the mail.

When I finally did receive it, I was disappointed to realize that I had ordered a size too big for my body. Naturally, I sent several emails to the company regarding this matter, but they didn't respond to me at all. Feeling frustrated, I chose to compose another e-mail indicating that I was not happy with their service, and that I was ready to give them a negative review.

After some time, they finally responded to me. They apologized, but informed me that they could send me a different size jacket if I agreed to pay a restocking fee. Along with that there was also an additional service fee, which came up to over $40! I decided to accept their offer, and paid the amount.

When I finally received the replacement jacket, I could clearly see that it had a number of flaws with it, which only added to my frustration. The snaps on the sleeves were bent and crushed for instance. I don't want to sound overly negative, but I must admit that I'm now waiting for a reply from the company.

At this point, I just want a full refund for my entire order. In fact, I'd also like the extra $40 they took from me, just because I went through so much trouble without gaining any satisfaction in return. Initially I was looking forward to giving the jacket as a gift to someone, but as time has passed, I've lost my confidence in this company.

Unless you want to face similar frustrations, I highly advise against giving them business. It has been a thoroughly disappointing experience for me, and unfortunately for whomever else decides to patronize Military Republic in the future.

Military Republic has some serious issues that need to be addressed. It's been a whole month and my order hasn't arrived yet. To make matters worse, I always have to initiate contact with them to even get an update on my order. It's frustrating and feels like the customer service isn't doing their job. One time, they even sent my order to the Philippines when I clearly specified a different address. That's a total waste of my time and money. I hope they fix their system soon and start respecting their customers. It's not fair to have to constantly chase them down for something that should have been taken care of in a timely manner. I just want my money back or for them to finally fulfill my order. Overall, not a great experience with this company.
