We were very happy with the service and technician that came today to do our heat maintenance check up. He was very courteous and efficient as he cleaned up before leaving. He said our unit was good to go.

worked like it was supposed to. The only negative was not on this visit. The last check up last year was later than I was expecting and I had to call instead of being called. But this one today was just right.

Appointment for semi annual service maintenance was timely and in consideration of my schedule. The service tech was professional and courteous. He explained what was to be done as he went along and gave my system a thumbs up! I've used Middleton for years, and have always been pleased with their service!

Great company! They are very responsive and honest. I have a yearly contract with them and they come out twice a year to service my AC unit and my Furnace. They keep everything working properly. And by having a contract with them, they put you on priority for any problems that may arise. They are prompt and professional. They are also a company that values safety for their employees as well as their patrons.

I have routinely employed Middleton for all my Heating and Air needs for over 10 years now. Every technician and supervisor I have encountered during repairs, installations and annual tune-ups has conducted themselves in a professional, thorough and timely matter. Additionally, I have recently utilized Middleton's Plumbing Service with the same Outstanding results. As well, Middleton's Customer Service is exemplary. I highly recommend Middleton Heat & Air & Plumbing for all of your associated needs.

They are a bunch of crooks! I called Middleton because my air was not cooling. A tech came out and said my freon was low and it would take approximately 6 lbs. to fill. He then told me that it would be better if I just got a whole new unit. I told him I wasn't ready for that and to just put freon in the system. He told me it was $150 per pound. I told him to go ahead a do it. He then revised he earlier comment and said that it would be $150 for the first 3 pounds and then $300 for every pound of freon after that. I told him that was bs. He then said well, we are trying to push people to buy new units. (yes, he actually told me that). I then told him to put only 3 pounds of freon in and he said he couldn't do that because it might mess up my unit. I told the scammer to leave! I ended up calling another company who came out within 20 minutes. They checked my system, and added 4 pounds of freon for $100 per pound and I was able to sleep comfortably that night. Never ever call Middleton!
