We were greeted by Debbie, who had been in touch with the bride and her mother just an hour before our arrival. However, Debbie's attitude was extremely disappointing. She seemed disinterested and unhelpful, as if we were not worth her time or energy.

Despite introducing ourselves and explaining our purpose for visiting, Debbie was rude and dismissive. She barely looked up from the catalog she was reading and claimed that she spoke to a lot of people and didn't remember who we were. It was only after we reminded her of our visit that she retrieved the dress we were interested in.

To our surprise, Debbie placed the dress in front of a line of other dresses in the lobby, without any privacy for us to inspect it properly. We had to request a private space to FaceTime the bride and inspect the dress. Even though there was an empty dressing room available, Debbie told us we had to wait.

Overall, our experience at Mia Bella Couture was extremely disappointing. Debbie's rude behavior and lack of professionalism left a bad taste in our mouths. We would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.

I gotta say, I had a pretty terrible experience with Mia Bella Couture. The owner is a total crook and fraudster! I made the mistake of using my ex-fiancé's credit card to put a deposit down on a dress that was never even ordered. When we decided not to go through with the wedding, we tried to get our deposit back, but the owner refused. My ex even tried to take her to court, but the contract apparently stood its ground, even though he wasn't the one who agreed to it in the first place. So we were stuck with store credit that I was responsible for to my ex.

I called the store today to try and verify the store credit, and the owner had the nerve to tell me that I had no store credit at all! I asked about my dress deposit or the dress itself, and she said that there was nothing there for me. It's just unbelievable that someone could be such a thief and a crook. This woman is a total fraud and a terrible businesswoman. I can't warn people enough to stay away from this place!

I really wish I had read the reviews before I went there. I was so hopeful and excited to find my dream dress, but instead, I got ripped off for $2,500. It's just unreal that someone could be so heartless and take advantage of a bride like that. So if you're thinking about going to Mia Bella Couture, please take my advice and stay far, far away.
