In September, I paid my Oct 2021 mortgage to Menas HOA Management online. They emailed me back saying it will take them 24 hours to return this money. After calling and emailing them again, they said they are looking into this. This is my mortgage payment, and if I didn't have an emergency fund, I would be in trouble now. I haven't received the $2000 I sent, and my union is going on strike in a week. This is causing me so much distress. I hope they can help me soon.

Menas HOA Management was told 'bout a leaky roof on January 28. The leak was in the kitchen, dining room, and master bathroom. Lotsa phone calls and emails were sent to the coordinator, but no roofing technician came 'til February 15. The leak wasn't fixed, and only water samples were taken. On February 17, the coordinator and supervisor were told that the leak was getting worse. The leak was spreading, and mold was growing. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP 'cause mold is bad for your health. As of February 21, no action has been taken. Please help!

Menas HOA Management is a company that took over management ownership 6 months ago. The previous owner, *** Menas, did not tell homeowners about the change until after it happened. Since then, the accounting has been a mess! They charge me late fees on the first day of the month and try to make me use their auto pay system, which is not accurate. They don't answer phone calls or emails and when they do, they give me a generic response that doesn't answer my questions. They don't cash my checks on time and then charge me a late fee and interest on top of that. They even charge me a fee for sending me a notice about the late fee, which is against the law! I've told them this, but they ignore me. I'm worried they'll mess up my credit score by reporting me to ***. It's a disaster!
