Menards review: 1711412

I am a very upset. I have been a very loyal customer of Menards. This service is uncalled for. HOW DO 25 OF THESE FENCE PANELS JUST DISAPPEAR?

The website for Triadelphia WV states the following:

SKU: 1711412 Pick Up At Store 20 Clearance at Triadelphia While Supplies Last! I placed my order on-line for 5 since 25 were available and spoke to both Peyton and Zach when I called to let them know I would be travelling up this evening. I live in Grafton WV. On line says, They are Not Available at Bridgeport and at Westover WV, it says Not Available at Westover. I live 98 miles from Triadelphia WV, but was willing to travel there since I have these particular panels around my home. I AM VERY HAPPY I DID NOT MAKE THE DRIVE AS PLANNED BEFORE CALLING AND THEN BEING CALLED BACK BY ERIC to say they did not have these in the store and that he also had his store manager check and there were none that they could find. There was no offer of a refund. I will call to get that taken care of. There was no offer of discount on another item. NOTHING, just a Hope you have a better day comment. AGAIN Unacceptable...
