In 2016 we contracted with McGees for a new furnace and A/C. It's Now November and we just had another annual service. The office through the field employees have always been professional. They have supported our needs every time. The CARE plan is well worth it. We have no 2nd thoughts of who to recommend when it comes to Heating and A/C. McGees!

McGhee's has always done a great job for us. They have been servicing my heating system for the last four years. Once I call, I typically have someone the next day or if an emergency, the same day. Chase V has always been the service tech and he is always very professional, explains what he is doing, and is just a nice person to have in your house.
I would never switch from McGhee's at this point - they are a 5-star company.

From the receptionist in the office to Chase on the technical analysis to the installation team doing the install, this company is a collection of top-notch people dedicated to doing things the right way. I would add that they have a wealth of analytical tools and devices that are so necessary to properly install and analyze the newer, high efficiency furnaces. Many others don't have these analytical devices and as a result your furnace will not be "tuned" correctly. If you want it done right, go with McGhee's Heating & Air Conditioning.

Great service from the first phone call till completion. I first called because A/C stopped cooling. They promptly came out that day, got unit running but as we suspected the 25 year old unit was on it's last leg. I asked for a quote, and received one within a few days. Unit was ordered and installed within 2 weeks, prompt, professional service and follow up. Very impressive in this day and age. We are sold on this company because of great service and communication. Highly recommend.

We have been using McGhee's Heating & Air Conditioning since we bought our house for our yearly tune-ups. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They come on time, they announce when they will arrive, they remind us the day before as well. They are conservative in their recommendations and explain our issues in a clear and understandable way. We will continue to use them and are 100% pleased with the technicians who have come to our home, with their respect for COVID and their efficiency.

Highly impressed with McGhee's from the first phone call to install. We replaced both furnace and AC along with thermostat, humidifier, air purifier, and fixing ducting/venting. In addition to the new equipment install, McGhee's also identified and fixed air flow issues in our home ensuring that the new furnace and AC can run most efficiently and the house will best maintain comfort. All technicians were extremely knowledgeable and able to explain things simply, and they were each incredibly kind and well mannered. They are very honest and their pricing was beyond fair. owner Scott and his staff are ones you can trust. we used McGee's heating and air for both in our home. These people really stand behind their work. We installed a new furnace and air unit in our home and was having problems with the air unit. as time went on things got not so good with our air unit and McGee's was there all the time the air unit was acting up. day or evening and or first thing in the morning. being under warranty and all, these guys really back it up trying to make it right. there was no hope for my air conditioner as time went on but McGee's was there all the way making sure we had air at no cost to me. they finally replaced the whole unit with another brand at no charge to me what so ever. as long as Scott and staff are there I will never, I MEAN NEVER use anyone else BUT McGee's for all my heating and air work when needed. Thank you McGee's your the BEST !
