Mavis Discount Tire review: Alignment and replacement of damaged tires.

I have continuously filed complaints for service performed on my 2010 Cadillac SRX Base since October 2022 when I originally had an all-wheel alignment performed by the Mavis Discount Tire location on 3877 Centerville Rosebud Rd. in Snellville, GA. I have been assigned three ticket numbers for this issue and have not had the issue resolved. Ticket tracking number [protected] / #[protected] and #[protected]. I have sent emails dated October 2, 2022 - November 4, 2022, addressing a realignment - November 25, 2022, addressing extreme wear on my original tires on the rear of my vehicle - made several calls to the regional manager, Darrell who ignore my calls until another complaint was filed (Tkt [protected]). I was instructed to take my vehicle to the location at 4373 New Snapfinger Woods Dr. Decatur, GA on 12/11/2023. I received an alignment and was printed out a copy of the before / after diagram. This showed considerable off alignment on the rear which explains why the tires that were replaced with Mavis tires had the exact same wear pattern as my original tires. Also, I requested for a diagram of the previous realignment but neither a copy of a previous alignment nor any document of the replacement tires were on file as I was told by the technician.

The technician confirmed that the tires presently on my vehicle are Mavis tires. Blackhawk Hiscend-H 235/65R18 106T. I have made several efforts to resolve this matter by calling customer service and was informed that it was referred back to the regional manager but i have not received a call from him nor any other Mavis representative in this location. I am requesting for replacement of the two damaged tires and that they are entered on file with a road hazard warranty as all the tires that I have purchased for my other vehicles which I can provide proof upon request.
