Price not correct
On the 7/02/24 I signed up for a special discount price of £9.99, you have added another £19.99 on top of the special offer which I never signed up for as the price is to expensive under the current cost of living. I have no idea that this would have happened and it seems very strange. I have a payment going out to you tomorrow 22/03/24
Please explain this extra £19.99 which I did not sign for?

I signed up for a 3 day trial, and they’ve taken over 140.00 out of my bank account, it should only have been 2.49, this money is my food shop they’ve taken and it has been brought to my attention they do this regularly, people are in barest to report as they don’t want everyone to no, however I don’t have that luxury to lose such a large amount of money

Blocked from using the search facility
I subscribed to mature dating approximately 7 days ago. Being new to any of the dating sites I used the search facility to view the people within a certIn radius of my location. After a few days of using the search facility, I message appeared after clicking on the search that said ' you have made too many search queries, so your access to our search facilities has been temporarily blocked. Please try again later. This message came up at 10 pm Friday it is now 13.50 Sunday and I am still blocked out. I have sent several complaints messages and 1 email to them and have had no reply. This behaviour is extremely unprofessional and does not encourage me to renew my subscription after my initial month
Failure to accept my cancellation of subscription
After a three day trial of the above site I cancelled my subscription within the designation trial period, on Nov 15th. I received an email to confirm it - and thought nothing more of it.
