Service here is a joke. They messed up my winter tire installation and lost my wheels. Took them a whole day to fix it. Then I decided to give them another chance and spent a whopping 105k on a new vehicle, which came with a maintenance package. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am, but they told me there were 4 people ahead of me and it wouldn't be done until after lunch (1:00pm). That means I won't get my car back until at least 2:00pm, but realistically it'll be more like 3 or 4pm. What a bunch of bull***. I'm definitely telling everyone who asks about my Jeep to avoid this place.

Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a total rip off! They sold me a 2021 Kia *** with ***km for *** dollars, when I could have gotten a brand new 2023 Kia *** for the same price. I've bought 5 cars from them before and trusted them, but now I feel like a fool. They won't even return any of my money back to me. The true price of this car is *** and they charged me way too much. Don't buy cars from Maple Ridge Chrysler! My name is *** and I'm warning everyone I come across not to buy from them. They're total con artists and I work hard for my money. I asked for some money back from the bill of sale, but the guy said he couldn't do anything for me. Don't buy your next car from Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I got a used car from them in October and they said they'd refinance me after a year. It's been 8 months past that and I'm still paying high interest. I've paid $13k and only $3k went to the loan. I can't get financing from another bank because I owe more than the car is worth. Maple Ridge Chrysler says they never promised to refinance me, but they did. I have proof. They're making it hard for me to make money because I need a car.

we brought our car to Maple Ridge Chrysler, we were not happy with the service we received. They charged us $1,000.00 more than another Maple Ridge location for the same work. We talked to the managers and service staff, but they didn't help us. They only offered a free service that costs $139.00. We paid $5,750.00, but the engine light was still on, and there was a noise in the car. We showed them a video of the sound, but they said it would go away after the engine was fixed. It didn't, and they are ignoring our calls. We are disappointed with their lack of response and accountability. Another mechanic told us that they should have fixed the problem when they opened the engine. They want us to pay $600.00 more to fix it now.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. In the first 3 years of buying a new jeep from Maple Ridge Chrysler, they had to remove the transmission 5 times because of a loud hum at 80km/h. They fixed it a bit, but it's still there. They said it's normal and to avoid that speed if it bothers me. The steering rack had to be replaced 3 times in 5 years, and the front end replaced once. The vehicle has never been off-road. The windows drop and won't go up, but there's a recall for a limited time, and they replace it with the same plastic part, so it'll happen again. We tried talking to the owner to trade it in, but the offer was a joke. He said we must have bought a jeep built on a Monday or Friday and laughed. Don't buy from this dealership or brand.

Don't go to Maple Ridge Chrysler, they're not good. I had a bad experience with them. One of their people told me that a used car I bought had an expensive upgrade, but it didn't. I complained and even the *** people said I was right, but Maple Ridge Chrysler wouldn't do anything about it. They won't even talk to me about it now. I talked to the boss once, but he just said I assumed the upgrade was there. He wouldn't talk to the person who lied to me. I think they're bad people and you shouldn't trust them.

I found one with low Kms, but the selling price was too high. I tried to negotiate, but it didn't work. I sat there for 4.5 hrs as they tried to "sell" my ***. They finally offered me a trade-in of $6500 (only 40k KM). I agreed, even though I thought it was unreasonable. I spoke with a man in finances who gave me a 7.24% interest rate, even though I had "great credit." We discussed extended warranty options, but I didn't get a printout of what was covered. I just wanted to leave, but I was told not to make any lump sum payments towards my loan for at least 6 mos. I questioned the $995.00 documentation fee, but it was a waste of time. When I left with my new Jeep, I noticed a huge crack in the windshield. A day later, I received a text from someone claiming to be from Maple Ridge Chrysler who wanted to follow up about my interest in buying a car from them. I cancelled my extended warranty in Feb 2020, but the money went to the car loan, not back to me in cash. In March , I made a lump sum payment to my car loan to decrease interest and term. In June , I found a better deal at a private dealership with great customer service. It's disheartening to know that Maple Ridge Chrysler only cares about money and uses non-disclosure as a sales technique. I will continue to spread my story to educate others. Don't wait to be disappointed at Maple Ridge Chrysler.

I bought a car from Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge on July 9. I paid for the undercoat, rust inhibitors, and interior treatment. But, I only got one key even though I was supposed to get two. I've contacted the salesman three times to get a resolution, but I haven't received any commitment as to when the work will be done or when I'll get the second key. It's all in the sales contract, but I'm still waiting.

We got a new ride from Maple Ridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge in August , swapping our mini van for a ***. We had a loan from *** fiance for the old ride, and they agreed to finance a new loan for us to get the jeep, paying off the previous loan. But come January , we got a collections letter out of nowhere for $7435.10 that we supposedly still owed on the old loan! Turns out, MR Chrysler didn't pay it off in full, and now it's hurting my credit score and I'm stuck with a bill I didn't even know existed!

They also didn't apply the protection package right. This made me lose faith in their abilities to do any vehiclular work. They didn't fulfill their promises, and I paid $53,284.00 plus taxes.

My tire went flat and I couldn't change it because I didn't have the wheel lock key. I had to get it towed there at midnight and take a cab to work because I couldn't put the spare on. This was really inconvenient and could have been dangerous if I was in an area with no cell phone service. I think they should give me a new tire since I had to pay $397 for it and they forgot the key. I asked the owner for a new tire, but he said no and offered me a new set of wheel locks instead.

He even asked who I was, which was super unprofessional since he took my car under my actual name. What's up with that, James? I spent hours trying to figure out what happened, but James was no help. The *** were the only ones who gave me any info, and it had nothing to do with back payments. This was a wrongful repossession, and I think James and Maple Ridge Chrysler need to do their job before doing stuff like this.

This dealership charged us $406.31 for our car's second service, but it was supposed to be $122.42. We have receipts to prove it. When we told them, they argued with us and wouldn't let us pay until later. They also kept our car key. Eventually, the manager gave us the key and followed us while filming us with his phone. We want our money back.

When I got my truck back, they said everything was normal, even though they caused the sunroof to leak and damage the headliner. They said it was condensation and not a leak, but I have pictures and videos to prove it. I contacted Maple Ridge Chrysler to speak to a manager, but they never called me back. So, I contacted Chrysler Canada, but no one called me back, and no resolution was done. I had to call over and over again until I got a hold of a manager named Cody. He didn't want to hear me out and was not professional in the way he talked to me. He told me to take my truck to a different Chrysler location to get a second opinion, and when I said I needed a rental car, he said it was my problem, not his. I told him that my car was still under the manufacturer warranty, but he didn't care at all. I have lost many hours of work going back and forth to resolve my issue with my car, and he had no empathy.

I called the dealership numerous times, but no one would help me. My mom and I swapped vehicles, and she noticed something was wrong with the engine. I took it to the dealership, and they told me it was a completely different engine and lacked the features I was promised. I called the salesgirl, and she was shocked. She promised to find me a replacement, but weeks passed, and she stopped replying. My boyfriend went to the dealership, and they assigned a manager to help me. They offered me options that would cost me more money, but my mom insisted I get what I was promised. The manager was argumentative and abrasive, and he demanded proof. He ignored the fact that we brought my mom's Jeep to ensure I got the same one. I expect to be treated the same as any other customer. I am frustrated and upset about this whole situation.
