Manhattan Fish Market review: rude and terrible service of malay staff

i hav been a loyal customer but i have to say that srvice attitude of Manhattan fish house is very bad and disappointing ...
each time after eating it i have angry mood about their terrible service and we still have to pay for their service charge is unfair when they give us rude attitude...
The branch at North point is so terrible when i went there with my family e other time the Malay staff a fat lady long hair pony tail she rudely stare at me when i told her i wanted to sit in the corner she showed a black face and rudely show me in corner and the worst part she push the table roughly and hit my child bit so terrible rude and when i complain they say they couldnt find out who is the person and the supervisor a man wearing glasses try to cover for his staff and say is free meal but i refused blurntly as this is bad attitude of staff which should not be cover and make public in order to improve the service and when i refused he show me rude face and keep talking to me when i was eating that is quite unprofessional and disturbing taking away my appetite and the way they ignore people when ppl raise the hands asking for help is so rude.
The second incident at North point i ask the malay fat lady staff in a bun hair tied up wearing glasses for a receipt as they did not even give me a receipt so she rudely gossip something to her colledge in Malay infront of me ...so bad and after my child accidentally touch the wrong bag but she did not take the bag but that Malay staff snatch back the bag so rudely as if angry such a bad attitude and startled my child. Is this how the staff should behave and still glared at me as if its my child fault.Extremely shocking and rude of this Fat malay lady staff with glasses.careful of her she even show no mercy to a child.i feel she should be out of the service industry
