Purchased six Pacifica chairs at Menards two to a box. One box was ripped open on side and one of the chair arms missing and the two cushions soiled.
When to web site listed in liturature ([protected]@huayuecs.net) and site could not be found on google chrome or microsoft explorer. If you can not contact them about missing parts then what chance do you have to resolve warranty issues if they arrive.
