Makarios Decor On 5/26/2022, I bought a sign from Makarios Decor in *** for $64.55

On 5/26/2022, I bought a sign from Makarios Decor in *** for $64.55. The sign was supposed to say *** Dog House and be made from 100-year-old wood. It's been almost 3 months, and I still don't have my sign. I've tried contacting them by email and phone, but I haven't gotten any response. I left a voicemail, but they didn't call me back. We've emailed back and forth a few times, and they keep saying my sign is on its way, but it never comes. I asked for my money back, but they haven't done anything about it. Now, I can't get in touch with them at all.
