This is letter sent to e50 flow and agency they have forwarded to where we have written letter and posted to address 5.4.22

Subject ref: PF15 LFV

Case number: 23050-[protected] outstanding [ linked case 23050-[protected] - resolved]

To whom it may concern:

I am writing on behalf of my daughter with her full permission Lucy Davies, I have had to do this because I believe you are treating my daughter unfairly, creating anxiety and illness, she has tried to resolve this with you by all available channels and believed that it had been resolved, it now appears there are two cases that are linked, but the same rational and explanation applies to both and all communication and correspondence.

It is so difficult to correspond, you purposely have limited access routes of communication which are too narrow to explain and start dialogue about the issue, especially for uk cars visiting Ireland, when it appears you now pass to a third party who are out to extort and intimidate into escalated fees and charges.

I am happy to pay any missed payments that were not paid on m50, but again this was resolved or so we believed by listing all payments and all charges on previous correspondence. In earlier correspondence with yourselves where we submitted a case, we specifically said that if any other charges were due please advise and we would pay [ I want this information to be provided by you as part of subject access request below]

Please advise the amount of any missed payments and I will arrange for payment by return, if you ignore my willingness to resolve fairly then please provide me with the following:

• Subject Access Request for everything you have linked to my vehicle, my name and any communication and correspondence including dates of when you sent said communication to whom and where including all reminders in email, letter or any other form of communication. This will include previous resolved communication linked to these dates for last year.

It would seem that last year during this period of time you had a problem with the Eflow as reported, this includes the time frame when my daughter was in Ireland, see screen print below.

I want to resolve this issue quickly and will pay any monies not already paid but will not pay fines as this has tried to be resolved, and it would seem that your 3rd party team company is not interested in a fair resolution, only maximising revenue by extorting and pressuring with unfair charges. I am writing to you to see if you are looking to resolve issues fairly and reasonably, considering that are submissions to you said we wanted to pay anything outstanding, it is your error where we only received part of your claim, you clearly had issues around the time of my daughters travel.

You can contact me on [protected] or email as detailed,

I trust you want a speedy resolution that is fair to both parties.

Regards

Jeannette Davies [on behalf of Lucy Davies]

Desired outcome: pay any outstnding amounts due as offered previously, not pay unjust fines.
