Lucky Days review: Did not receive an item I paid for online.

I ordered A Unisex windproof & warn& ear protection& face protection hat x 1 . from [protected]@luckyidays.com for total of $21.98. I ordered it on Dec.7th,2022. Order# KTI-23449. It has been 1 month since I ordered this product . I have Not Received this product. I consider this fraud unless they refund my total of $21.98. This company needs to be dealt with. They have my money n DID NOT deliver the product. Please help
