Same here! Just reported her to the FTC. On Nov. 30, 2021, I ordered two items and she took my money on Dec 2. On Dec 13, I received an email stating that my package was on its way via USPS, but never made it past "Pre-Shipment, USPS awaiting item".

I continued to reach out through emails, Facebook posts and finally got her attention on her website chat feature. She claimed she was out of the item ordered in Nov, and would I like alternate items, to which I said yes and proceeded to email her the replacement items chosen. I have since been emailing and trying to chat, asking if she received my new order and have not received an answer. When the chat window pops up on her site and I inquire about my order, I am now disconnected and the chat feature blocked. I have now switched to requesting a refund and again, no reply. She no longer responds to my inquiries. I Googled her name and found this complaints board. Thanks for speaking out. I've provided the FTC with the link to your input.

**Warning of person committing fraud and scamming in Rancho Cucamonga running a popular facebook boutique**
I'd like to warn everyone of Rebecca Villard of Rancho Cucamonga Ca and "owner" of the popular facebook "boutique" page Shop till You Drop Boutique which she runs out of her home. Rebecca supposedly gets great deals on Nikes, converse, uggs, makeup, clothes, baby products among other goods and will invoice you if interested where you pay with a credit card. It caught a lot of people's eyes and she makes a lot of money off of customers. I ordered two pairs of Nikes and an eyeshadow pallet on May 25th totaling in a solid $100 from her. Fast forward to late July, after numerous messages and promises that the products will come in, I finally asked for a refund. It's been almost two months now and I still have not received my money. She never returns your messages, she even admitted to poor communication with me. She said she didn't know why we did not receive our refund, said she'd pay me through PayPal, said she would pay me with cash through mail - failed on that and when I confronted her, she attacked me basically stating its my fault that I have not received my money because I message her and that she is a busy mom of three working a full time job and she has priorities. It is not my fault as an innocent customer that she does not deliver to her customers. I'm not the only one either. Almost everyone on the page is catching on to her scam and commenting saying they have not got their products or refunds and she will not return their messages. If you say anything on the shop page, asking about your refund, she will delete your comment instantly. I'm talking to multiple girls about the issue, going through the same ordeal and we are looking into legal actions against her. If you google "Rebecca Villard fraud" you will see she has been doing this since 2012, running different shops and so forth and using her ill grandma as an excuse for lack of refund. I just wanted to warn everyone out there because I see a lot of new women to her page buying from her and not aware of this problem especially since I was a victim of her fraud and she lives 10 minutes away from me. If you would like to message me, I have proof in form of messages all the dating back to the day I purchased from her and invoice emails. I also know a couple girls that are going through the same thing with Rebecca Villard and their friends were also victims of her fraud that will tell you the same exact thing. This woman lives in our city and should not be getting away with this! Spread the word and don't buy from her.

I WENT THROUGH THE SAME THING WITH HER. FORTUNATELY I GOT MY REFUND BEFORE SHE GOT IN TOO DEEP. SHE IS A LIAR. SHE LIED TO ME TIME AND TIME AGAIN AND PROMISED ME THAT MY ITEMS WERE IN THE MAIL NUMEROUS TIMES YET I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM REBECCA VILLARD NO MATTER WHAT COMPANY NAME SHE SELLS UNDER. SHE IS A LIAR!
