Very pleased with our 30x50 metal building! We live in ***, *** and Our installation crew were great! Everyone of them were definitely experienced and knew exactly what to do. In a little over ONE day, our building was up and all was clean when they left. Very satisfied with the quality of material and the appearance of the building! Thank you Eversafe and ***!

Eversafe just completed the installation of our 30x40 shed! It has an 8 overhang forming a porch out front, 2 roll up doors and and entry door, and is fully insulated. It looks great and we were happy that the price did not change between signing and completion. Looks great and the 2 day installation was super professional and high quality. Would highly recommend them for your metal building needs!

I had Eversafe build a 30x40 x12 steel out building Everything went smooth! There salesperson Jennifer and scheduling person Juliana were very nice and helpful! My install time was only six weeks from when I had my concrete finished The contractor that put the building up was very professional and quick! They put building up in a day and a half.overall I'm very satisfied with Eversafe buildings

From start to finish, Eversafe Buildings was the easiest company to work with! They were very responsive in answering questions, helping with design and even handled some late changes without complaint! Theyre structural designs were readily accepted by my city building department and the permit process was extremely easy. Ruebens install team was amazing and thorough. Couldnt be happier with the finished product!

I purchase a large metal building, 48'x44' from Eversafe Buildings. Everyone was polite and helpful from the salesman who helped me with my design to the office staff that took all my calls and answered all my questioned. They even took care of all permits needed to install the building. The installation team arrived ontime worked all day and completed the installation in 3 days. I've shown the building to many of my neighbors who were all very impressed with it.

Fantastic company. I went into this project very intimidated with having to do permitting getting all the necessary inspections, but everyone at Eversafe helped me through every step. They always answered any questions I had. The crew they sent to do the biulding installation was amazing. They had my biulding up in a day and a half. I do not have one complaint about Eversafe. Using eversafe was the best decision I've made. I recommend Eversafe to anyone looking to have a building installed. From start to finish everything went very smooth. You'll be glad you choose them.

We had our metal shop building constructed by this company and have nothing but good things to say. This was our first experience building a shop so we were appreciative of the guidance and tips they gave us. We live in South Florida and the permitting, soil testing, etc was rather time consuming but once everything was ready to go it moved quickly. Any questions and concerns were handled promptly. At times it seemed to be a long process but the end result is definitely worth it. Our building is approximately 2 years old and still looks great. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had Eversafe fabricate and install my metal building. It is what they refer to as a hybrid. It is a three-car garage with an attached workshop as well as an attached carport. They accommodated me with a different specification for the location of the doors as well as their size. They are extremely easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the process. For anyone want a new building I highly recommend Eversafe. They are economical, very well constructed and installation is about on to one and a half days, when complete the crews clean up impeccably.I thank them and their entire organization.

I recently ordered a custom metal garage from Eversafe Buildings and couldn't be happier with the results. I designed my own plans because I had originally planned to build it myself. I decided to look into prefab metals buildings and contacted several for an estimate. Eversafe Buildings had the best pricing and was willing to match the design of my plans. The whole process was very easy and hassle free. The installers showed up and did a fantastic job. They worked hard from sun up to sun down for two days and knocked it out. The quality of the materials is impressive as well. Doesn't feel cheap or flimsy. I will be recommending Eversafe Buildings to my friends and family for sure

I'm so happy that I made the right decision in choosing Eversafe for my 24x35 garage. When I started doing a search for a company to build me a metal building I was going in blind, with zero knowledge of the costs, permitting, etc., but was very impressed after my initial phone conversation and made the decision to search no further. I'm happy to say I made a good decision. The entire process from that first conversation, to installation went smoothly, without me having to make a single follow up call. It is unfortunate that I write this complaint. My husband and I began the process of buying a building from Eversafe in May this year. Due to zoning we had to put our plans on hold. We decided to move on with a different plan and then contacted Eversafe to proceed. After discussing the plan with Brent in early June we continued to try to contact him and finalize the plans our project. Since that did not occur I cancelled in early August. We have almost $2000.00 invested so far but nothing to show for it. I have called Brent and Justine R (project manager) numerous times in regards to this matter but to no avail. I left several messages after the cancellation requesting a refund but no one has returned my call. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I decided in October to build a new garage. I contacted 5 steel building companies by email and Phone to tell them what I wanted, Will French with Eversafe building was the first and only person to contact me by phone. He even sent preliminary plans over so we could discuss in more detail. One other company did contact me by email but never seemed interested in my project. After signing the contract I started my Owner Builder permits this was by far the most difficult as I was demoing an existing garage too. It took hundreds of emails with the city of WPB and 6 months before my slab was finally poured. Unfortunately this triggered the agreed upon price with EVERSAFE and they raised the price of my building. Due to increase cost of Steel during Covid. I am still not very happy about that, but it is on the contract so ensure you meet the 6 month time frame. After the slab was poured it took them 5 months before the building arrived. Again due to Covid and steel shortage. The installers arrived and were the hardest working team. They worked over 13 hours the first day and about 3 hours the second day to install a 30 x 30 building

I don't usually write bad reviews but I am exhausted from this process. I started the process of getting a garage with Eversafe back in April. I signed my contract in May and was told 12 weeks from then I would be getting my garage. About 10 weeks later, I called to ask for a more specific estimated date for my garage and was told that it was delayed due to the weather, although at the time it was July and had been perfect weather for almost the entire 10 weeks since the garage was ordered. After the delay I inquired again and was told that it would be delayed yet again due to scheduling and COVID, although scheduling and COVID should have been taken into consideration when I placed my order since we were already in the pandemic for over a year at the time. Yesterday 10/25 I called and they said that the process would take even longer saying November possibly December. This is unacceptable behavior for a company. I am tired of having to initiate emails where they then proceed to tell me that the garage installation is delayed yet again. My permit is now set to expire in less than 45 days (it was good for 6 months, more than double the estimated 12 weeks) and I am not sure if I will still be getting my garage in this time period. I was never updated about delays, I always had to reach out first. At times I had to reach out multiple times because I didn't get a response back.

I ultimately chose to purchase from Eversafe Buildings due to their A+ ComplaintsBoard.com rating, as well as their shorter lead time for installation. The cost was approximately $1500 more than another quote I had for the same product (which I am now seeing they say they do a price match, but I let my dealer know that another company had it for less and no price match was offered or discussed), but I felt the better ratings/reviews and installation timeframe was worth it. I communicated why I was going with Eversafe to my dealer and asked that he try and confirm, within reason, that the quoted lead time of 4 weeks was accurate. He reported back that it was l, and I completed the purchase.

Fast forward a week or so and I get an email from another builder who apparently will be doing my actual install. I was concerned about some of their reviews, so I touched base with my dealer and he said they had a very good working relationship and he would make sure he stayed in frequent contact with them to ensure everything went smoothly.

At 3 weeks (a Monday) I reached out to the building company to see if they had a solid install date for the 4 week promised mark. They called me back and said my order had been cancelled due to a discrepancy in the invoice. I low key had a heart attack and reached out to my dealer. He responded saying nothing to worry about and he would clear it up in the morning. The next day I checked in around noon and was told one of his peers was calling the builders and he would keep me updated but again, there should be no issue staying on target for 4 weeks. At the end of the week I hadn't heard anything so reached out again. I was told his peer had been in touch with the builder and that there was no invoice discrepancy and the builder had acknowledged the error was on their end, and again install should be on target.

I waited a couple of days the following week, past the 4 week mark (I can appreciate that 4 weeks is approximate, but also knew it would be up to another business week or more after it was cleared up to actually have an install) and reached out to my dealer again. Only a "we're working on it" response. I called the builder and after a lot of transfers and hold music was told there HAD in fact been an invoice error and that my dealer had just sent in a revision that day, and once it was reviewed and approved then I could get an install date.

I emailed my dealer asking why I was getting two very different answers from him and the builder about this invoice error. No real answer and another "we are looking into it". I responded saying that I would like the contact info for the peer he kept referencing as being the person who was actually communicating with the builder. No response.

I have not heard from him since.

We are now at 5.5 weeks and I talked to the builder today who said maybe install would be another week out, or if not, then the following.

This puts me at the same lead time as the other company I didn't go with, who was quite a bit less money.

I am very disappointed that I have been getting dishonest and vague responses from my dealer, followed by now, no responses at all. Both the good rating and the lead time that led me to go with this company are no longer valid, and now I am also seeing this price match that I was not given.

I am very disappointed by this business; the lack of integrity, the dishonesty, and the lack of any communication now at all. If I didn't desperately need this garage up, I would start all over with another company.
