Long Beach BMW I'm really mad about what happened at this dealership when I started leasing a mini cooper

I'm really mad about what happened at this dealership when I started leasing a mini cooper. It was like 10 months ago and the manager said they would fix it, but they still haven't. I live in San Diego and that's where I bought the car. I drove up to Orange County to pick up my mom from the airport because we were going on a trip. It was the first time I drove the car for a long distance. The tire pressure started getting low when I slowed down to exit the freeway. I went to a local tire shop right away to see what was wrong. They checked the tires, didn't find any nails, and filled them up. They said if the pressure went down again, it might be a problem with the valve stem. I drove another 30 minutes to my hotel and the tires were flat again, so I called mini cooper assistance to tow it to the Long Beach facility. We were leaving on our trip the next day, so it was a big setback. The service department checked my car and said it looked like my tires were slashed. I told them that couldn't be true because it happened on the freeway. Then they said maybe it happened if I cut someone off and they followed me to a gas station or something. I told them that couldn't be true because the first time I stopped since leaving San Diego was at the tire shop. Later, they said they 'found' a nail in the back tire. I asked how that was possible since the other tire shop didn't find any in the two flat tires. The technician said the most likely cause was a nail punctured the front tire, then flew out and into the back tire because they found one in the back. He said there might have been a bunch of roofing nails on the freeway. I called my dealership and told them what happened and they said the service department was probably just trying to sell me new tires. I ended up buying two new tires and renting a car, which cost me over $700. When I talked to the manager and told them what happened, they said they would fix it, but it's been almost a year and they haven't. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman and they thought they could lie to me and use an impossible scenario to explain a problem with their car, but I'm really offended that so-called 'experts' would talk to a customer like that.

Long Beach BMW My car has been at Long Beach BMW since 11/02 for service

My car has been at Long Beach BMW since 11/02 for service. I had asked them to check the engine light, the left front wheel sensor, and an oil leak. I told them that there was no oil leak before they worked on the timing chain. They agreed to replace the valve cover, but they refused to fix the lower crankshaft seal. They want $860.00 to fix it. I believe they should be responsible for all the labor and damage caused by the oil leak they created. I have written proof of the service at the BMW/Mini dealership, and there were no oil leaks mentioned.

Long Beach BMW I had a problem with Long Beach BMW

I had a problem with Long Beach BMW. They bought my car back in July, but I still haven't been paid. They kept promising to deliver the parts, but it was all false. Eventually, Long Beach BMW offered me a refund. Since the convertible was no longer working, I asked them to buy the car from me. They agreed and offered me ***, which I accepted. This all happened around July XX, XXXX. I have now moved to Wilmington, NC and I've called the General Manager, *** Wall, three times, but he hasn't replied. The vehicle's VIN is WBADW7C51CEXXXXXX. The invoice number is XXXXXX. The dealer's phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. BMW North America was also involved, their phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX. The service advisor in Long Beach is ***.

Long Beach BMW I bought a 2011 BMW in 2013

I bought a 2011 BMW in 2013. After a few months, they sent me a recall notice for an electrical problem. I took it in and they fixed the wiring. But even after that, my car kept having issues while it was still under warranty. Once the warranty ended, the same electrical problems persisted and I had to pay for the repairs. Then, on Oct 13, 2021, I took it to the dealer again because all the lights went out. It was really scary to drive without signals or brakes. I told the service director that something was wrong with the car and it needed to be recalled because it wasn't safe to drive. But until now, they still haven't figured out what's wrong. Every time I call for an update, they can't give me an answer. My car has only 45,500 miles on it. Can you please give me some advice or help me contact the dealer so they can take the car back or buy it back? I'm just too scared to drive it and want to return it to them. Thank you for your time.

Long Beach BMW I left my car at Long Beach BMW because my headlight was acting up

I left my car at Long Beach BMW because my headlight was acting up. The guy who helps with the car stuff said he would check it out and let me know what's going on. A few days later, I got a call telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost. I told the guy I couldn't afford it, so I was gonna pick up my car and see if there were other options.

When I went to get my car, they said I had to pay a balance. They charged me twice for looking into the problem. One charge was $189.88 and the other was $219.88. I asked the guy why there were two charges, and he said it's because they gotta pay the technician. That didn't make sense to me. I wanted to talk to a manager, but they said he wasn't around. So I left and called back later, leaving a message for the service advisor manager. But I haven't gotten a call back.

I waited two weeks and called again. This time, I asked to talk to the big boss, the general manager. They said he wasn't available. Instead of leaving a voicemail, I asked for his email and sent him a message. I sent that email on October 29, 2022, and I still haven't heard anything back. I attached a copy of the email I sent to the general manager.

Long Beach BMW I went to Long Beach BMW for routine maintenance on my BMW car

I went to Long Beach BMW for routine maintenance on my BMW car. I decided to pay extra to have a rear passenger tail light installed for two reasons. Firstly, the electrical harness was acting up, and secondly, the tail light housing had a crack. I brought my own complete tail light housing and just needed them to handle the installation professionally. When they called to inform me that my car was ready, I noticed that the brand-new tail light housing I bought was still in its box on the passenger seat. I spoke to the representative, and he assumed that since they replaced the electrical harness and the lights were working fine, there was no need to replace the housing. I explained to him that the current housing on my car was cracked, and I wanted it replaced with the new one I purchased. They called the manager, who informed me that I would have to pay for this additional service. I agreed to pay and waited for about 15 minutes. They completed the replacement, and I drove home. At that moment, I didn't inspect the work right away because I was a bit upset about having to wait for a service I had clearly requested, and I was also running late for an appointment. About a month later, when I washed my car, I noticed a deep scratch on the bumper. It seemed like someone had used a screwdriver to remove and replace the tail light housing. I have attached a picture of the scratch on the bumper, right under the rear passenger tail light.

Long Beach BMW I bought a BMW X5 X351 from Long Beach BMW on 11/11

I bought a BMW X5 X351 from Long Beach BMW on 11/11. I also got a BMW Maintenance service package for $*** (60 months or 75000 miles) because the car didn't have a good warranty. On 12/29, I took my car for maintenance at South Bay BMW. They said I had to pay out of pocket because my 5-year (60 months or 75000 miles) maintenance service package had expired. I was shocked and upset because I told them I bought the package on 11/11. They said I had to call the dealer I bought the car from. I called Long Beach Mini BMW and they said it expired on 10/27 because they based the 60 months or 75000 miles on the first sale of the vehicle, which was on 10/27. I was really upset and asked them why I would buy a maintenance service package for $*** for only two years. It doesn't make sense. I also told them I had only used it once for maintenance. They didn't care to refund me or help me in any way. I want ComplaintsBoard.com to help me with this because I think it's a big ripoff. I really want a refund or the maintenance service package for the full 60 months or 75000 miles. I was at the dealer for over 8 hours and I don't remember them explaining these absurd terms. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Long Beach BMW I bought my used 2019 BMW X7 from Long Beach BMW on January 17, 2022

I bought my used 2019 BMW X7 from Long Beach BMW on January 17, 2022. The Sales *** helped me with the financing. However, my temporary license plate expired on April 16, 2022. The person from the DMV department at the dealership told me that there were some incorrect or duplicated documents from the previous bank on March 29, 2022. I asked for a full refund because I hadn't received my license plate in three months. I'm not sure if I am the registered owner according to the DMV records. Later, the Sales Manager *** called me after I left several voicemails for ***, who seemed to disappear after the sale and didn't do anything. The Sales Manager told me that I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks for the license plate to be delivered from the Sacramento DMV. He said that the attachment I received was only an incomplete registration. I emailed him about other used cars they had available and also asked for a quote for a brand new one. *** said they could only offer a trade-in, but I don't think it's fair because it's not my fault. I don't want to pay double sales taxes. If I want to get rid of this problem, I can trade-in at another BMW dealership. Why should I have to trade-in with the same dealership if I am the registered owner? I feel like I don't know the whole story yet. When I asked for proof of their submission, I didn't get a response. Everyone is delaying the process. I have already made two months' worth of payments, and my car insurance agent criticized me because they're not sure if the registered owner is under my name now. I'm taking a risk by not being the registered owner for three months and making the regular payments on my own. This is the second used BMW I've bought from this dealership. I understand that it's not easy to complete a business transaction quickly during the pandemic, but someone I know bought a Subaru and received their license plate in three weeks. Why is mine taking more than three months? I have officially complained about the dealership's service, and I am completely unsatisfied with the service they have provided. I like the car's performance, but I never want to deal with such a "professional" dealership again. I wish I could get a full refund, and I will order a brand new car from another dealership.
