I received the money fast threw money gram but if u can’t pay the money back really fast the interest will eat your breakfast lunch & dinner..

The only issue I have is, you should be able to check your balance. It is nice to be able to track your progress especially after making a payment.

I would have thought the app would have had more information but I was wrong. The only positive to having the app is the ease of making a payment.

No matter how much you pay you will never payoff! Run don’t walk the other way !

They are taking advantage of people who are desperate. Sharks!

It's nice to know Loan Mart has an app, but it would be better if you could make payments on your account. I already have a loan. Now I want to pay it off.

This lacks what EVERY OTHER FINANCIAL APP HAS…

There is no way to check your CURRENT BALANCE.
None.
That’s not good.

Ok so mines short cuz they really need to make it available for other states like connecticut cuz im from there and i cant do it so i really cant rate it but ill rate it like a four or three so yuh

The app is programmed to process payments 72 hours after you make it so there is a high chance additional interest will be added to your loan. This could result in hundreds of dollars added to your balance.

Terrible app; it’s indicative of this company’s ethics. The app doesn’t give you the balance, only the option to pay. My spouse and I are actively paying our loan off. They sent us a threatening letter stating we don’t have car insurance. We do. Avoid this company if you can.

This is a total scam company that is here to kill you financially. They have a higher interest loan and are barely working with you if you don’t make you payment on time consistently. Some of their customer service reps are rude that need to be more trained on how to handle customers’ complaints.

They steal your money, they said one thing and then the next month said something different. You have a 3 year loan with them. When they will give you the money they don’t explain anything. IF YOU DON’T READ THE TINNY WORK YOU ARE OVER. Don’t waist your time and your money with this company is a scam.

Ask your family members something, anything instead of using this company. Not only will the hound you repeatedly, they don’t work with you if you have trouble making payments, which is why you got the loan in the first place because money is tight. At every chance they get they threaten to repo your car.

Trying to bully family members for a debt that isn’t theirs is insane. Everyone who works there sounds like they are old school cholas with no education or tact when talking to people. “Like ju know that yur account is due. Esss ok. Wow I guess if your rude then you got a job for sure at that place.

Yes totally agree that the balance must be visible upon monthly payments. I went to the actual website to check my balance (if ever i wanted to it off). But then the balance showing is not the actual balance if you want to pay it off in full. You still have to call and ask for a quote for the payout. It’s kind a confusing.

Your policy on requesting new funds is a complete joke. I haven’t even had my loan for a month or made my first payment and all I needed to do was request additional money and you have some ridiculous policy that treats people like numbers instead of people. Shame on you. This will be the last time I use you guys and I will be going out of my way to tell people to do the same.

This app is just as scandalous As the company. It won’t tell you how many payments you have left it won’t tell you your balance you want to your pay off the only thing app let’s you do is make a payment or ask for more $$. Trying to get someone on the phone to give you your pay off amount is it possible they never wanna give you a dollar amount they tell you it’ll change by the time it gets there it’s ridiculous and disgusting

The LoanMart app works well for making payments. The app should include a way to check your balance, but it doesn’t include it.
The balance should be included after the payment is made or posted.
In this day and age of apps used on mobile devices it should be included.
The reason for only 4 stars is because I can’t check my balance using the app. If LoanMart would have that feature I would definitely given it a 5 star rating.

Yea it’s pretty basic but does the job as for though that complain about the rates well *coughit’s not a bank loan it’s a fast cash loan what exactly did you expect? But as far as these type loans go though it’s a very descent service you pay on time the rate drops etc really not bad at all infact rather rare as for thoughs complaining about it’s not in your state welp that’s your states laws not the company’s fault can’t help it if your state puts up baby gate laws to keep you from getting a loan...

This company is horrible. They don’t care about people and will hide charges and raise interest and have no compassion. They don’t care about global pandemics or hardships of any kind they will harass you multiple times a day. Worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. It’s impossible to pay off no matter if you pay your balance will continue to go up every month. They are terrible! I recommend please never use this company. Do LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE! This will ruin your life. I wish I could give zero stars.
Also, they will harass your friends family employers and anyone else for money if you are late at all. Its shameful.

Organized loan sharks. You can’t pay anything but your nonsense interest rate. If I wanted to payoff you have to go to WF and pay then call them because my guess is these clowns even if paid off would not legitimately credit an account

Then they what call and play games like I’m going to communicate with these clowns. Please whatever you can do to avoid this route try that. I needed a short term fix for an unexpected emergency and the only reason I did this was because I was suppose to have the money in 4 days to payoff. It all got delayed so I’m already $2700 in interest. On a $5000 loan in which they auto add 10% over an amount over $4000. I thought fine $10% plus 4 days is fair. Not this nonsense. Horrible people!

This is the worst company ever. Wish I had never opened an account with them. Simply the worst and I mean ever.

Beware. You will pay a 300% interest rate and the call center people sound like the mafia. Don’t do business with these guys.

Paid twice the amount of my loan. I should have gone to the streets to get a loan. I would have paid less points. Don’t use this place
