Living Proof is a scam! They lie about their promos and their tracking numbers don't work. Plus, their phone number is bogus. Don't waste your money on this company.

Ordered from Living Proof on May 18, 2022. Haven't got any shipping deets yet. Can't get in touch with them. Want my money back and order cancelled.

I orderd sumthin from Living Proof on December 18th, but still havent got it. I tried emailing and messagin them on social media, but no one got back to me. The trackin number dont even work no more. They charged me $62.79 and I just want my stuff or my money back.

I ordered from Living Proof on 12/18/22 and got my package on 12/28/22. But, they messed up my order. I was supposed to get two big dry shampoos and a little one, but I only got one big and one little. I tried to contact them a bunch of times, but no one has gotten back to me yet. It's really frustrating and I don't know what to do now.

I orderd sum stuff from Living Proof on 12/11 for $87.40. Got an email on 12/19 sayin my stuff was delivered but I never got it. I called *** and they said they'd follow up but they never did. So I went online and filed a claim with Living Proof on 12/28 but haven't heard back from them yet.

I bought some stuff from Living Proof, Inc. for $196.59. The stuff came late and messed up. I tried to talk to them on their website chat, but they don't have a phone number. They sent me an email saying they'd get back to me in 2-4 business days. I waited and then talked to them again on the chat and asked for my money back. They sent me another email saying they'd get back to me in 1-2 business days. They never got back to me and now it's been more than 30 days so I can't return or get my money back.

I bought a pack of dry shampoo from Living Proof before Christmas (12/20/22) for $61.48. The charge went through on my credit card. I got a shipping notice on 12/22/22, but I still haven't gotten my order. No tracking info. I emailed customer service twice, but they haven't replied. They don't answer their phones, and I can't leave a voice message. I'm disappointed because I like their products, but I won't buy from them again. Their customer service is terrible. I can't believe they're still in business.

I buyed sumthing from Living Proof on August 12th. But it got lost in the mail. I told them but they didn't help me. I'm a single mom with a baby and my husband died from COVID. I'm really busy and stressed out. I had to contact them again and ask for a new one. But they said no. I work in customer service and I think their customer service is really bad. I want my money back or a new thing because I paid $128.48 and I didn't get anything yet.

I got some stuff from Living Proof on 11/26/2022 with Order #*** for $91.79. They said it was shipping and should have come on 12/9/2022, but I never got it. I hit up the company on 12/13/2022 after waiting the 3 business days like they said on the website's FAQ's. They haven't hit me back and it's been over a month since I first reached out. I tried to ask them to send it again to the same address, but they haven't done anything or talked to me. Can you please send the stuff so I can finish this deal?

I got living proof shampoo and conditioner in a fab fit fun box 2 weeks ago. I washed my hair 4 times since and at first I thought it was just my hair reacting to new product but tonight 8/29 when I washed my hair my head got really warm with while doing the lather so I immediately rinsed and my hair began falling out on huge clumps and breaking off. I am extremely concerned about what is now happening and I don't know where else to go to report this. If someone would please get back to me immediately regarding this situation I would appreciate it. My scalp hurts feels as if someone is pulling my hair and a little over an hour later it's still coming out. Phone is best way to contact me. Thank you.

I bought stuff from Living Proof on January 19th for $171.20. I got one big shampoo and one big conditioner, and I also got two big hairsprays. But when I got my order on January 24th, the shampoo and conditioner exploded in the box and the two hairsprays were missing. I was so bummed because I've been using their stuff for years. I told them what happened and they asked if I wanted a refund or a new order. I said refund, but then they didn't say anything else. I tried to talk to them a bunch more times, but they didn't answer me for weeks. They still haven't fixed it. I'm not gonna give up until they talk to me. My order number is ***.

I bought some hair stuff from Living Proof on April 26, order # ***. I got Perfecting Spray ($29) and a small shampoo ($13). They took a long time to send it and didn't give me a tracking number. I asked them about it and they said the Perfecting Spray was back-ordered. Then I waited another week and got a box with just the small shampoo, but they didn't tell me they sent it. I asked them about it and they said they couldn't send the other stuff, which was annoying but whatever. Today I saw on my credit card *** that they charged me $44.62 TWO TIMES. I can't talk to a real person (mailbox full) and the company isn't helpful. I'm cool with paying for the shampoo ($13) but I need a refund for the rest. Thanks for helping me out.

I still ain't got my order. Ain't nobody got back to me 'bout my order I put in a month ago. I done messaged 'em a bunch of times and ain't heard nothin'. I paid $83.86 for my order. They sent me an email sayin' it failed to deliver, but then sent me another email sayin' it was delivered just a minute later. I called up DHI shippin' and was on the phone for 20 minutes just to be told to call *** shippin' in my area. I called that number and was on hold for another 25 minutes just to be told I got the wrong *** number and I gotta call the original sender. I'm real ticked off and wanna know what I gotta do to get my stuff. At this point, I'd be happy just to cancel my order and get my money back.
