I have been trying to reach someone since last week about an order that my grandmother placed for my son. There is no number, and we have sent numerous emails. She placed an order for 12 month subscription and we got one order and that was back in Dec. We have not received one for Jan nor have we received one for Feb. This is really ridiculous that no one can call or will call you and discuss these matters. Please see below on the email that was sent I ordered a 12 mo. subscription for Science Expeditions for my great-grandson, in Dec. 2019. First shipment was expedited and he loved it. So far... no January project has arrived. I sent email to you last week to see if I could speak with someone about the problem. I would like to have a replacement sent to him... and possibly begin having his items sent to my house since there maybe mail delivery problem with his residence. (The Dec. shipment was left on their doorstep.) . PLEASE... could someone respond to us. I say us, because his mom has now also sent you email and not had an answer either. Also... why is there no phone # listed for your business? Thank you to anyone who can help with this issue. Cannot add the order number on here or I would. Seems this is the only place anyone will reach out to someone!

They have charged me on my debit account for five subscriptions. I only have four. I cannot reach them by email or phone. The website is not allowing me to send an inquiry through customer service.

Little Passports charged my account $129.25 on 5/12 without my consent or authorization. I purchased a gift in December for a 6 month program. I did not sign up for a subscription. I only authorized a one time purchase for a 6 month program. I was only charged once in December prior to this 5/12 purchase. I did not want to renew any subscription or sign up for anything beyond tgat December purchase. I received no email asking for my confirmation or authorization of this debit of my account prior to 5/12. There is no customer service phone number. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I want to have my account credited this money. It has overdrawn my account as I was not planning on this purchase and can not afford it at this time. I have asked to be called by the company with no response. I do not want or authorize to receive any further items from this company and only want my refund as soon as possible.

I Purchased a six month subscription for my niece and nephew for Christmas. That was paid for in November . Today I found my subscription was renewed and I was billed again. I would like my $126.88 return to my account.

I ordered a partial subscription as a Christmas gift. I was NOW charge for ANOTHER 6-month extension without my permission. There is NO phone number available to speak with someone regarding this issue. I didn't authorize ANOTHER 6-month extension to my membership! They held onto my card information and charged without my consent!

I purchased a 6 month gift package for my nieces and suddenly this company wants to charge me for another 6 month gift. Additionally, they have no contact phone number. How unscrupulous! They've lost me as a future customer and anyone else I would have recommended. Though the product was neat, this sort of business practice is so unethical. I want a full refund.

I ordered a 12-month subscription to the 3 - 5 year old Little Passports. I probably inadvertently ordered two. I asked them to send it to my granddaughter at her address, and they sent it to my address. I have e-mailed them twice at anonymous e-mail attached to their website. I asked them to cancel one subscription (offering to pay for the two that they sent me), and to send it to my granddaughter. They have no telephone number, so their e-mail was the only way to contact them. They did not respond either time. Their lack of concern is most disturbing. Because of their indifference, I am cancelling today.

I am not able to contact this company by phone. Their email answer to a prior problem I had with the content of the first mailing was a non-helpful, non-informative email. As well, I clearly ordered a month by month subscription for my grand-son and the first month was charged on my credit card. For unknown reasons, they have now billed my credit card for an entire year of Little Passport mailings. This is clearly an error on their part. I will dispute this charge for a yearly delivery with my credit card company. I will today cancel the monthly subscription. I had no idea this company was that incompetent. Hopefully, they are not fraudulent.

I am trying to contact LITTLE PASSPORTS as they are going to automatically renew the subscriptions for my two granddaughters on April 24. I should be paid for my 6 month subscriptions until the end of May. They were bought in December as Christmas presents.The second problem is that only one granddaughter wants her kits renewed. I contacted them by email to discuss the issues, and they sent a message they would get back to me. I wrote again 2 days later and got the same message. I wrote 2 days after that and got the same message. They never contacted me to handle my 4 issues. I cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site. I want to call and get this settled before April 24th. Help. Thank you.

And another complaint follows regarding this unethical company. My subscription was automatically renewed by Little Passports. I recently received my credit bill and $234.52 Little Passport charge was listed. I filtered all (IN, TRASH, SPAM etc.) email to see if I was made aware of this charge. I emailed the company on 2/8 and received a form email stating that the subscription would be cancelled beginning DEC2020. My order history has Pending for all months prior to Dec2020. I want this subscription terminated. As others mentioned there is no way to reach this company except for email and even then a form email is sent. I never intended to have this gift given to a child in 2019 to extend into 2020. Never to my knowledge was there an email alerting me to the fact that this subscription was going to be renewed and my credit card would be charged.
