I wanted to share my thoughts on LinkNow (linknow.com). So, about a year ago I decided to purchase a website and decided to go with LinkNow Media. Let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I've made!

The day after I made the purchase, I received a phone call from LinkNow to begin the setup process. They were incredibly helpful and the whole process was done in under 3 weeks. The site was live with all of my pictures, logo, and requested changes. I was very impressed with their efficiency and how quickly they were able to create a website that met my needs.

One year and one marketing package upgrade later, my site is now on the first page of Google and generating leads. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

What I appreciate the most about LinkNow is that they don't just stop at building your website and getting it online. They continue to check in every three months to make sure everything is running smoothly. I also had to contact their tech support for a virus scan on my computer (which was not their problem or part of their service) and they walked me through the entire process. They really went above and beyond for me.

This company reached out to me and I should have known better. They were super pushy about getting me to purchase a marketing package and kept insisting that I sign up for automatic payments, which I constantly refused. But I ended up agreeing to have them create a new website for me, with the understanding that I only needed my existing website finished and hosted. However, their designer lied to me and took my money, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated.

After building my website, their team continued to charge me every month for services I did not request or authorize. And to make matters worse, they abruptly cancelled my website that I had paid for and are now refusing to give me the files that I had also paid for. This is unacceptable and downright dishonest.

As a small business owner, I depend on trustworthy and reliable companies to help me achieve my goals. Unfortunately, LinkNow has proven to be unprofessional, untrustworthy, and deceitful. I do not recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a marketing or website design company, I strongly suggest finding a more credible and fair option. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with LinkNow at first. But now? Total garbage. You fill out their lil form to make changes and whatnot to your website, but they just don't do it right. Like, what's even the point of letting you "edit" your own content if they're just gonna change it to something random? And good luck trying to get a hold of anyone - you can't call them directly, you have to leave a message for someone to call you back. And when they actually do call you back, it's always at the wrong time when you're closed or too busy dealing with actual customers.

Honestly, I'm just soooo done with this company. They act like it's impossible to handle multiple locations or something. Like, hello? Other businesses exist, guys. It's not just me and my magical unicorn biz that needs multiple listings. Give me a break.

So, I recently got a call from this guy named Anthony who started talking to me about this web service called LinkNow. He told me how they can create a website and keep it ranked high, all while providing high exposure. I was into it and agreed to their service, it sounded good at first.

He mentioned the price would be around $300 with a $30 a month subscription fee, which I accepted. And then, he also said that they would connect remotely to my computer so that I could see any changes that were being made to my website in real time. That sounded really handy, so I was on board.

But then, I later found out it was going to be $125 per month just to get this stuff done, which was a lot more than I had expected. To make matters worse, it turns out they don't even do the remote connection thing at all, even though they had promised it to me.

Now, all I want is the initial payment refunded and the domain name that they bought and charged me for. But now, they're saying that they own the domain name and I'm starting to think I should've just bought everything myself.

I'm going to keep you updated on how they handle this issue and how long it takes to get everything resolved. Overall, I'm feeling really disappointed with their service so far.

Well, that was 40 days ago, and I still haven't seen the website they promised me. All I got was a link to someone else's website that they had copied and pasted my name onto. I was really mad, but the LinkNow people kept telling me that it was just a temporary thing and that they were putting the finishing touches on my site.

Another 20 days went by, and finally, they sent me the "finished" website. But to be honest, it was terrible. The graphics were ugly, the colors clashed, and the site was organized in such a confusing way that it was hard to navigate. It was basically just a copy of my old website, but worse in every possible way.

So, my advice to anyone who gets a call from LinkNow is to hang up and forget about it. They're just a bunch of scammers who are out to take your money without delivering the promised goods. Don't fall for their high-pressure sales tactics, and definitely don't trust anything they say. You'll be much better off finding a reputable web design company that actually cares about their customers and does quality work.

My business is booming, thanks in large part to the help I've received from everyone at Linknow. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for me!

This web design company is a joke. They are completely worthless when it comes to dealing with even the simplest of IT problems. Their so-called "department" destroyed our website, and when we confronted them about their incompetence, they had the nerve to blame us! They told us that if we had communicated our ideas better, they would have done a better job. Are you kidding me!? We spent hours on the phone with them, and had endless Zoom meetings and email exchanges. But apparently, none of that was enough for them to do their job properly.

It has been four months since our website was destroyed, and it's still not working. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal as well. Kathy Terry, the company's so-called "Customer Service Ambassador", is a complete and utter disappointment. She doesn't live up to her title at all! In fact, she took it upon herself to change the admin contact on our account because she had a disagreement with our team over issues that SHE and her team caused in the first place.

I wish I could share links to the garbage work they did on our website, but it's too embarrassing. Our website is supposed to represent our company and its employees, but the work they did on it makes us look terrible. We will be hiring another, more qualified company to fix the mess that LinkNow Media, Kathy Terry, and their web-design team has created. If you're looking for a web-design company to manage your website or build one for you, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other companies out there that can do a much better job than these clowns. Trust me, if I could give them zero stars, I would!

So, I was looking for a good way to improve my website, and I heard about LinkNow.com from a friend. They told me it was a great service, so I decided to give it a try. I must say, though, the first thing I noticed is that their sales team can be pretty pushy. They really want you to sign up right away, which can be a little overwhelming.

After signing up, I realized I didn't really need their services after all. So, I cancelled the very next business day. I didn't want to waste any time or money on something that wasn't going to work for me. But, here's the thing: they had already charged my credit card and wouldn't give me a refund.

When I asked why, they told me I had to give them access to my GoDaddy account in order to get a refund. I wasn't comfortable with that, so I declined. Plus, they didn't really do anything to my website before I cancelled, so I don't think they should have charged me in the first place. It all seems like a big scam to me.

Overall, I would say don't waste your time or money with LinkNow.com. They're not worth it, and their sales tactics can be pretty annoying. If you're looking for a better website optimization service, you should try somewhere else. This is definitely not the place for you.

I thought I'd give LinkNow a try for my website needs. They said they knew exactly what I wanted, but boy was I wrong. It seemed like they didn't really understand what I was looking for. I canceled with them back in January, but the bills just kept on coming. So frustrating!

But wait, it gets even worse. They won't even give me back access to MY Google business page unless I sign a form saying I won't ask for a refund. What kind of business does that?! It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
