After having two cancel two other orders with different websites, I found this one. I'm attempting to handle my own wedding plans and needed to purchase linens for the reception. I found their phone number easily and both times I called, the representatives were extremely pleasant and willing to help me by answering all of my questions. They went out of their way to send me a swatch sample, even though they are transitioning to new samples. They are the Nordstrom of online linens!
Misleading Product: LinenTablecloth sells Lann's Linens that don't compare to the real thing
I done bought sum table cloths from this website called LinenTablecloth. But when I got them they was supposably from a brand called Lann's Linens, but they wasn't nuthin' like the ones I'd got in the past. I compared them to my true Lann's Linens and these new ones was thin and had gotten all frazzled and frayed after just one wash. I am pretty sure this is some kind of scam. Even the tag with the brand name looked nothing like what I done bought from other companies before. So if you ask me, don't waste your cash. Can't even trust them big name brands when it comes to this here company.

LinenTablecloth: Fast Shipping, But Poor Service and False Damage Claims
So, I recently rented tablecloths from LinenTablecloth for my wedding. Let me tell you, the shipping was insanely fast, couldn't believe it. However, after waiting two whole weeks without any response as to when I could expect my deposit back, I was informed that I wasn't going to receive one. You know why? Apparently, there was some damage that left the cloths totally un-usable. AND, to make matters worse, the order was marked as them paying for the shipping when I had done so myself!

Don't even think about making a purchase on LinenTableCloth.com! I put in an order a few days ago on 3/21, and after a week, my order is still showing up as "pending". I have not received any updates regarding my order's status, and it's making me a bit on edge. I have an event planned on 04/02, and my order has yet to even start shipping out. I thought to myself that I'd try emailing their customer service two days ago about maybe upgrading the shipping, yet I still have yet to hear any response.
