Saw other complaints on Sam Leone of Leone and Assoicates. I agree, this guy is an idiot. He has no business working in construction. His ego is immensely large but his skill level is below a grade level "E". I have had several problems with my home and several problems with his attitude. He proclaims to build the best house and it is worth more than any other builder... boy was I taken!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I believe that all of these accusations were submitted by one person becauase there is some legal actions being taken against this person writing these erroneous complaints.
