A Mr Braden Smith from Legacy Power and Garrett LeSeur from Legacy power engaged myself and my husband into contracting to have solar panels placed on our home in Zebulon, NC. This process started end of September first of October 2021 and we still do not have a functioning solar system as of February 18, 2022. I started having problems when their installer, Titan Power, came out to install and left with the project not even a quarter of the way finished. They then said it would be up to us, the homeowner, to obtain another install date. I tried to reach out to Braden Smith and Garrett LeSeur with no response back. I tried to call their customer response help number but was told that it was Titan's problem not theirs. I finally got a Dylan McDaniel to call me back and I talked to him once but since he also has been silent on texts and emails. The last I heard from him was December 28, 2021, and he was supposed to be over the customer care department.

I sent this email to him today:

Mr. Dylan McDaniel,

The last time we corresponded it was December 28, 2021 and today is February 18, 2022. We have still not been able to use our solar system as it is not online as yet. I have reached out to Titan Power, Braden Smith, and Garrett LeSeur with no satisfaction back. I keep getting a canned email from Titan that we are "almost there" and always starts with congratulations. REALLY! Congratulating me that I have been scammed by fo. ur companies (five if you count Duke Energy).

I tried to call Braden Smith this morning but his number has been disconnected and I have been on hold for 9 minutes for Garrett LeSeur. I called GoodLeap asking about my loan payments starting in March with me not have service from my solar panels and they said that they started the two month delay from the time the paid Titan. Duke tells me that even after they switch over the meter and we can go live, which won't be for another 10-14 days maybe (this is the second time they told me that) it will be 2-3 months before we start seeing any advantage from the solar. This means that we will be making a utility payment and a solar payment in the same month for 2-3 months. Braden Smith told me that we would have two months of no payments, utility nor solar, before we started paying on our solar. Braden also told me that the benefits of the solar would start as soon as the switch was turned on. Since all your calls are recorded, as stated by you beginning disclaimer on all calls you can pull up the recordings and verify the lies I was told. I have now been on hold 16 minutes for Garrett. No one from Legacy is answering my calls, texts, no emails.

This was verbally promised by Braden Smith and would be on the company's recordings.

I believe the four companies should be reprimanded and restricted in business proceedings in the future.

Desired outcome: I also would like the money promised to me for the gap period of two months after start of solar generating (this includes Goodleap loan payment and utility bills) be refunded to me.
