Can someone help @ aliexpress? I have been texted so many times & kept getting this message from
Left-right shoe store “sorry, they cannot receive messages from you. See attached for more details.”
What does the mean? How can customer be able to contact the seller (store) when they had problem with the purchased item? This store only can read and take order to purchase but cannot receive any message from customer when there’s an issue? So people don't have time to email or contact aliexpress but I need to let your company to know.
As you can see, so many people including myself purchased a lot from aliexpress vs other like temu, etc... So aliexpress needs to have someone to look into this store - left-right shoe store to resolve my issue.
Hope to hear good news from aliexpress soon.
